Thanks Dog Patch and Dungbeetle for those informative sites. I never knew how many were unhappy in Bethel. I mean you think of Bethel where all is calm and peaceful not a place of arguements backbiting and back stabbing. Lies etc... Bethel means House of God, now after you read what many say, perhaps Bethel members are not representing Gods organization on the earth as they claim to. How sad. May the real truth prevail someday.

by happy man inintresting qestion, one thing as chockhed mee when im first come to this site, was that it was so much peopel as say they was former bethelits, sound littel wird too mee, who think this was the paradise on earth, some explanation, and forgive my bad spelling, no time too look in the lexicon.

Do the WBTS feel guilty about the Bryants Death?
by Jim Dee inthe tragedy in oregon could be concieved by some as "pushing a man beyond all human limits" and therefore the "pusher" (ie the wtbs) is guilty.. clearly mr bryant was not in a stable state of mind - so what caused the inbalance?
clearly the action of the society.
the wtbs would counter and say it was mr bryant that caused the problem by his "black heart and rebel attitude".. so who was responsible?

The WTBS will not feel guilty nor the GB., they will say, he was a man with medical problems perhaps brain chemical imbalance that caused him to kill himself and his family, as no "normal" person would even consider such as thing. What is beyond belief that this wonderful man would carry such a burden that it caused him to snap and no one seems to care. I know if Christ was on this earth right now he would be their trying to find the answers that lead up to such a terrible tradgedy. I think he would say, did I cause this man to become so burdened down and yet my yoke is light. Something is wrong somewhere, Well Jesus isn't here. His so called representatives on the earth failed this man and I think Jesus is wondering that too.
I wish this man and his family will be embrassed by God"s grace and will be remembered by Him for all eternity.
My heart breaks for this family and I wish torment on the Organization that lead this man to his early demise. For shame on the WTBS. -

Keeping our Elders working
by WildTurkey inhey, i just thought of something every disfellowshiped or disassociated person in here could do to really piss the elders off.
write a letter to them saying you want to be reinstated, because every time you do this they have to meet with you.
see how many time you can get them to meet.

Pet Peeves

here's one that just happened at work that is an annoyance for me: when you are speaking and the person interrupts the conversation with a corny play on words or the like.
for example, "i had to sit on the phone on hold for about 5 minutes, waiting .

my pet peeve are those Jehovahs Witnesses that call on Saturday mornings when you want to sleep in.
And I can not stand tail-gaters a whole highway and you get these dam yahoo's who think they own the highways.
And then those arrogant people who think they should be waited on hand and foot in resturants and make an ass of themselves in public. What Boors.
