Well if this illustrious group can not be identified, they will carry no weight as experts in anything.,

Which is your present position. The wbts and its so called celebrated scholars are hiding behind the same veil of "mysterious sources" used by almost all cults and religions.

You and they are nothing to be respected or feared or believed. In fact all of you are rather pathetic.

Those who will not reveal their sources for inspection are hiding the truth and know that they are useless when challenged by the truth.

name as many reasons as you can why some won't leave the watchtower organization, even though they know something is wrong.

Nsrn they have never been right. They prophecied over and over. For my Mom it was 1914-1918-1925-

suggested 1942 then she died. For me it was 1975 and many other publications saying (any day now).

Today it is ( armageddon is imminent ).

If they have never been right, they must be wrong. Also very dangerous, since we prepare for our life and our children and especially our later years in life based upon our beliefs.

They ruined my mothers life and the life of my syblings.

I will not let them ruin mine or my children.

Scholar keeps refering to the Watch Towers, in house celebrated scholars.

Why is it that no one knows them or has heard of them.

Could it be that they do not exist?

If the wbts is using non jw scholars, then the gov body is not the source of this information and it is not coming from Jehovah.

Explain this Scholar.

i really feel that if you have had any kind of responsibility in the org then you are more likely to start becoming disillusioned.

having an appointment exposed me to all sorts of things that i simply would`nt have known about had i not been in that position.

I was born into the mess but I never did reach the place where I was inpressed and just marveled by the GB or the organization.

When the elders actually " made" me be an elder. Yeah you read it right. They told me to not accept their offer, I was committing the "sin of omitting".

One can commit a crime or they can omit or NOT DO AS YOU ARE TOLDand both are sins.

Well it only took the first visit by the co and the meeting they have with all the elders, to convince me that something is wrong. I resigned and they acted like I had DA'd myself.

i think the entire system of witness beliefs hinge on this issue: is the governing body the mouthpiece that jehovah is using to lead faithful ones on earth?.

it seems jw's just assume that jesus did inspect them and did appoint them over his belongings.

We haven't spoken to each other for some time by e mail, regarding the molestation of my daughter by a pedophile elder.

I have great respect for you and the other lawyers who are taking these cases. It is something long over due.

Also I need to tell you that the pedophile in my daughters case is now deceased.

i am 50 yrs old and have been out of the organization for 26 years.

I suggest you read what looking glass said. A couple more times.

In a situation like this you really do need an attorney that specializes in wills and probate before the court.

It will cost you but not as much as this wierdo kid that would even think of acting like he would marry a demented very old woman just to get in her will might cost you.

The CO is coming and BOY is he loving!

i guess next week will mark the co visit at my congo.

should be loads of fun for all since last time he publicly humiliated and literally tongue lashed the yoots for dressing worldly and the moms for letting their children cry.. the 20 something guys had the audacity to wear flashy ties and dark shirts, the baby room was being used by a korean book study and it was raining outside.

wtf were the moms supposed to do with their kids when there was literally no place to put them.. something that i found very interesting was that i was exempt from the flashy tie and dark shirt thing even though i made it a point to stand in front of him and take off my coat while discussing the down pour after the meeting.

This all reminds me of a description of the visit from head quoters to a branch business to assess their progress.

It was nicknamed "the seagull visit".

They all fly in and eat all the food. Then they shit all over every thing.

Then they all fly out.
