That Chicks stuff has lots of good points, but frankly, my dear, I don't give a damn if Jesus is Jesus, Jehovah or Schmehovah. The important thing for me now is the clear realization that a blood transfusion is an organ transplant, and not food to be processed by the digestive tract. As a former JW, I'd still be leery somehow of blood-borne diseases transfused into me, but I'll have to look into that further. Any comments?

Hi Shimmer,
I was into the vice for a year after my wife died. Now that I realize it's better to start getting to know lots of people that I can relate to than to be ruining my body with alcohol it's been lots easier not to drink. Not 100% teetotaler but just a little from time to time. It's been working for me.

That "purelanguage.net" site shows a link to the Daily Text. Turns out the Daily Text is basically a Daily Brainwashing Refresher. A little Bible text -- a LOT of WT Mag BS. It should be called "Considering Watchtower Propaganda Daily with Spurious Support From the Bible."
The first (and last) time I tried to conduct the Text with my wife and daughter like they do at assemblies (long, drawn-out research discussion where the Text finally gets squeezed in at the end) they gave me such a hard time about it.
I HATED "considering" the Daily Text.
