  make a mental list of marys in mark. they are all marys. while there maybe many marias in spanish, theres a diff between many and all. the spanish often give compound names like maria eugenia etc which is not quite the same.

  my wife and i have a lurking witness friend who sent us this information as she is very pro-active trying to fight child abuse from within the organization itself !

  so get your barf bags ready- you are going to need them to stomach this " official policy " garbage from the wt society.

  if your a pedo you might think your doing just fine and listening to jesus command. remember different people have different opinions of whats right, thats why one needs a proper list. in fact as shown on tv, most pedos see nothing evil with their ways. jesus words are useless in determing the ideals or laws for a nation. thery are just to open.

  is jws really growing or only natural increases from kids.?

  firstly yes we all know most jw bornins leave but a quarter give or take continue.

  im going to argue that this is the only source of any increase.

  those that leave are barely replaced if at all by new recruits in third world countries.

  yes we all kow pedophilia is evil and wrong, but the wts says they follow gods laws first over mans. again this explains the wts attitude, too perfection!

  the fact is there is no reason the holy spirit would say pedophilia is wrong. at no stage does god say in the bible it is wrong -- NOWHERE--. the holy spirit can only follow gods will as set out in his bible. after all what scripture would the holy spirit show to the gb to point out pedophilia is wrong ?

  if a person walked up to you one day and started telling you what to do, how to do it, and threatening you if you refused, wouldn't you immediately ask them by what authority they had such a right?

  wouldn't you want to see a badge?

  my guess is they follow the bible especially the example of the first proto gb the original twelve apostles. lets recall how they replaced bad judas, they figured out a problem and presented a yes/no question and then threw sticks. i dont know if they were magic sticks from egypt or plain sticks from judea. given the timeframe im going to say they didnt have time to import fancy sticks from egypt and being jewish they prolly thought local stuff grown in the soil of the holyland was best. imguessing giving the resources of the wts- that they too use sticks from a tree from jerusalem. ask any question of god and he will tell you via the sticks. remember jehovah answers all prayers, and if the sticks were good enuff for the apsotles tehn they afe good enuff for the gb.

  lets not forget magic divination was also done with stones by prophets and priests in the ot.

  If the WT dumped 1914 tommorow ...?

  this is my first post here.

  i've been a lurker for awhile but had no particular desire to join until the other day.. anyways, do you think that if wt decided to face the fact that 607-1914 is an indefensible pile of crap that has been artificially kept steaming for way too long, would it really kick off a mass exodus or anything?

  in the short term the fds/gb might lose some authority, but they are hemorrhaging people anyways keeping it around (607 started me on the road to this place).. if wt stopped talking about 1914 for awhile then later killed it, blaming it on "further research" or something, and acknowledged some uncertainty in 607/587, i really doubt that very many of the r&f would think much about it.

  now tht you bring up laxarus, can you please check the story of osiris. did you know lazarus in hebrew is the same as osiris. they both had two sisters with almost identical names. check the whole stories of both. if you study the ymbolism you will better understnd the similarities.

  google for --lazarus osiris-- there are many interesting thoughts on the topic.

  why is it only john writes down this fantastic story and the synoptics jut forget or miss it?

  the wiki articles gives the current count for 2012 as 7m with 2001 at 6m or 1m over 11 yrs. btw im using the avg not the peak value after all we are talking averages and not trying tooo cook the numbers. even doing straight math without the compound stuff this is about 1.5%. if we are true and do the compound thing the rate is closer to 1¡ another interesting stt from the graph is the 6m avg was first reached in 1998. this means it took 14 yrs to add another 1m or 16%. this no way near 2.5% that you claim. by my calculations they are growing at less than the avg birth rate as defined by the un!

  how do you explain every woman mark is called mary ? what are the odds of everyone in an autobio even if it is short being called mary ? do you honestly believe every family in judea called their girls mary ? im sorry but that sounds insane. didnt any parents realise every other girl was already called mary ? do you know wehat mary means ?
