  I told a MS EVERYTHING today!

  this old chap is quite sweet really, and i wasn't going to say anything much.i studied with him and his daughter and they are neighbours, but there was just us two in my house (!

  ) and it all came pouring out.i get sick of the 'when are you coming back'...'what else is there'... where else would you go' questions, and i don't even know what started it, it was a bit of a blur, i went on for at least an hour and 'brought out the following points'.

  have you had your new blood card yet?

  on the net you see many talk about 1975 and how it affected so many.

  obviously, some left the organization when nothing happened in 1975. were you personally affected by 1975?

  has the fixing of dates been a major reason for your disappointment with the witnesses?

  every lovesong i hear, i have to turn off.

  every scene or commercial on tv i see with a couple in love, even the stupid geico insurance one, i have to flip the channel off... everything, everywhere reminders of one i loved, one who broke my heart.

  has religion outlived its usefulness?.

  i am baseing this on the idea that there is no god and that religious views came about as part of mankinds development in understanding the world.. i would say that the reason many religions have survived so long is because , to one degree or another they were useful to live by.they helped people develope moral standards and principles , even if they werent always correct or followed by all.also they helped organise seperated societies and encouraged comunictation between them.in fact some religions could have sped up the development of this world, is it a coinsidence that the developed world followed the christian religious view?.

  but even thousands of years ago religion was hindering society when too rigidly applied, human development and advancement almost stopped in the muslim world when that took off.at one time what are now muslim contries wre highly advanced in mathermatics and science.could it be that just like the stagnation of the muslim world that the christian religion is just a hinderance to the mordern world preventing its futher development?.

  There was a guy stuck in the desert he'd been there for months and months maybe a year. Well he hasn't had sex for ages and is really desperate then all of a sudden he sees a camel, he is so desperate that he would even have sex with a camel. Well he walks up behind the camel and puts down his back pack and is just about to lob it in when the camel moved. He then again walks over to the camel and trys again. The camel moves again. This goes on for about an hour or to when he comes across an oasis and he sees the most beautiful woman he has ever seen and she is tied naked to a tree. The woman says that she was captured by some Arabs and left there to die she then says that if he unties her she will do anything for him. The man thinks "Wow!" "This is my big chance" So he unties her and she says "Thank you how can I repay you?" The man replies "Could you hold this damn camel still?"

  Why did adam@ eve start wearing clothes!!!

  think about it when adam and eve were created according to the bible they strutted around "stark naked", then they make a mistake and then realised they should start wearing clothes,so why didnt they notice that before mm very strange.just because all of a sudden they were sinners why did have stop strutting around naked "oohh cmon please".i mean god designed us to be naked.

  think of the advantages of not wearing clothes: (suggestions please) .

  YOU CAN TELL THEY'RE A WITNESS BECAUSE...

  have you ever noticed someone that just had to be a witness?

  for example, you're on vacation in a very warm climate and you see 2 men dressed in suits....they must be witnesses.

  or you go to a sporting event and you see a group of guys suddenly run for the nearest bathroom and the national anthem is just about to be played....they must be witnesses.

  You can always tell it is the mormons when you see two young men in white dress shirts either going door to door or hanging out at a bus stop. I don't get the bus stop thing because usually they are at a bus stop where there are no people around.
