In the field of psychology they test people on "fluency". Fluency is coming up with a hundred uses for a brick (paperweight, bug killer, weapon, etc.) in 5 minutes. Deciding what is most useful involves - analysis and decision.
You need both.

my mom however did and she sends out a daily text email every day.
she asked all members of the email group to share their favorite part of the convention.
The worst state to be in is a low hour publisher. It is better not to even report time than to report 4 or 5 hours per month. The assumption is that you are a slacker.

I love these kinds of questions because they have been debated to "death".

The Death Penalty is a carry over from stupid religious reasoning. It is the opposite of enlightened thinking.
Paying to keep a killer in jail is a very small price to pay for maintaining your own human dignity.
I have sound reasons for believing this way (scientific mostly) and don't feel it is necessary to give legitimacy to an idea that most of the civilized world have already condemned.
