  Are Posters Here Getting A Bit Thin Skinned?

  i can't believe i'm starting a thread on this after four years of participating on jw discussion boards.

  lately there seems to be a band of posters who believe that all opinions must be respected (wtf?).

  they believe that any type of criticism or alternate viewpoints constitute an 'attack'.

  Actually that was not very nice of me to say that and I appologize for that comment, You know I come to this board for many reasons, I learn, I express my beliefs and feelings, I vent and I grow here just like everyone else. But it is obvious your a man hater by your remarks here. Tell me are you Lesbian ? or What? Why do you hate men so badly? Has someone abused you in the past or is it just in your nature to hate men? I got to know so maybe I can understand you better...

  Jo, she is an angry feminist who hates all men. This is her way of turning them away. In this way she can prove to the world, that because of men, she is overlooked for promotions, etc. It is sad to see.

  That or she was having a really bad hair day and decided to get just *1* piercing...

  Article on Watchtower website discusses child molestors

  the article on the watchtower website entitled "let us abhor what is wicked" comments fairly extensively on child molestors both before becoming jw's and while they are jw's.. here are the relevant paragraphs:for a man who was a child molester before he was baptized, there may be another consequence.

  when he learns the truth, he repents and turns around, not bringing that cruel sin into the congregation.

  he may thereafter make fine progress, completely overcome his wrong impulses, and even be inclined to 'reach out' for a responsible position in the congregation.

  They are simply interested in bringing in *anyone*. Even molestors. They qualify as pond scum.

  We all know that the recidivism rate for this crime is very high. They put every child at risk.

  i use caps, because this term has been used in a derogatory manner when used in reference to things i have posted.

  the online merriam webster dictionary defines feminism as: .

  That is the point.

  Can Brothers wear Boxer Briefs? They are tight and might give the impression that the Brother were trying to draw attention to his private parts. This could lead to impure thoughts on the Sisters part. Which could lead to a text message. Not a massage.
