your warm and supple skin delights my touch, .

CoCo, what beautiful and sensuous writing. Like rvw, I also did not know where you were taking us. I also love books. I want to hold the book in my hand and enjoy the whole sensation of reading and savoring the turning of the pages as I anticipate what will be reveled next. I do not read fast on purpose because I want to relish what I read. Last year's Journal from Barns and Nobel featured several different book's covers and gave background infromation about them. It was an interesting read. I have missed your posts of late. Your writings are always such a pleasue to read.

Don Quixote? What a beautiful dog, I cannot believe anyone would abandon him. You are a treasure to have taken him in and rescued him. I have a Chiweenie, a cross between a Chihuahua and a Dachshund, but he thinks he is a Doberman. My son named him Tony, he looks and acts like a Mafia enforcer, short and stout, kind of like Luca Brasi, the enforcer from the "Godfather," my favorite movie of all time. I call him Tony the Nose because he uses his nose the hide his treats in the blankets and to nudge me all the time. I also have a miniature black Poodle. His name is Little Brother.
What breed of dog is your other dog? Looks like he is curious about the new member of the family.

in matthew 25:45 it says :"he will reply, 'i tell you the truth, whatever you did not do for one of the least of these, you did not do for me.
' " since this prophesy is happening during jesus second coming ,these least ones must be a specific group of people .your thoughts please ?.
I don't believe that these "least of these" is necessarily a "group of people" just as the fds is not a group of people. If anything, I think it means anyone who is considered "least" by the majority of people. Maybe the poor or those
without power. Some people may be considered "least" at some time in their life and not at another time. I believe Jesus is letting us know that it is not only the powerful or those with means in this world that should be given
consideration but we should be concerned with those who have nothing and no way of repaying us for anything we do for them. These people are valuable to Jesus even though they may not be valuable to the world in general.

i love my jw mom.
we have had issues and struggles, but she loves me, i love her and we tolerate a lot of things we differ about because of that love.. you may remember my dad died a little over 11 years ago, and my mom took to a lot of drinking and she was very depressed.
i thought she would just die of despair or drink herself dead or drive drunk.. she has calmed down on the depression and i i know she still drinks too much, but i think it is a little more ocntained.
Cancer is not now always a death sentence. I an an oncology nurse. Because your mother is getting rid of her possesions, she seems to be comtemplating the end of her life. Get her some help, maybe a social worker or someone
with this type of knowledge needs to speak with her. Cancer is a life-threating diagnosis, but not always a death sentence.

i work at a major airline in the in-flight training department.
i was sitting at the desk on the computer, i kid you not... writing the security (hijacking) curriculum for 2002, when someone came in and told me a plane flew into the wtc.
we all thought it was one of our planes.
Yes, BOTR, good to see you again and thanks for your story from someone who was directly affected by the events. It shook us all to the core but dealing with the aftermath on a day to day basis must have been brutal on the
soul. When we are threated, as those in NY were with the air quality and the personal security of one's home is violated, it takes something essential away from the soul. I'm not sure if a person can ever completely recover.

I love the sound of rain. I work nights and sleep days. When it rains, I can sleep for hours without waking once. I have to be sure to set the alarm or else I will sleep too long. The sound of rain is so soothing.

i woke up and nearly put my foot on a 2ft long snake that somehow got up to the 2nd floor.
i screamed and ran out of the room and started crying.
i hate snakes and am terrified of them.
Well, I won't be getting any sleep tonight. I also live in the country and have seen snakes outdoors. I am terribly afarid of snakes aslo. I'm sorry about your experience and hope there are no more snakes in your house. I would have
called animal control myself; let them handle the problem.

i was born, raised and grew old(er) in california -'45 to '94, and oregon since.
lived many years in santa barbara, ca.
where the change in seasons is noted by how foggy and damp it gets in the summer.
WTW, I also decorate for Holloween. I love lights. I guess I combine Holloween with Fall and it's Harvest. I decorate my yard and deck with lights, pumpkins, mums, scarecrows and anything I find that's appropriate for the season.
I find celebrating all the seasons and hoildays much more fun and interesting than going to the DC/CA, weekly meeting and field service; bothering people who happen to be home.
