  You might want to read a little of the Divine Plan Of The Ages just so you can see how the Bible Students thought. After all Russell is channelling for Jehovah's Witness. I had to ask my self many times," What did Charles Russell channel, or what was light."

  Something else, growing up I looked forward to Franz talks! He was one of the better speakers after him it went down hill.

  Also, no one realized that they were following Israelite festivals. Those long eight day assemblies were very hard on large families.

  Back to the subject, it does make you wonder about Crazy Russell burial. He is probably under that pyramid. Franz would know! Good point!

  There was something strange about Rutherford or Russells hands and feet were placed. It had something to do with Freemason signs. Not too sure but east and west with hands facing upwards! Something like that. Or standing straight up. Pointing up! I do not remember but it fit Freemasons or Illumantii.

  The Books are Cooked: Grossly Misleading chart and graphic

  are the charts and number graphics you see in the wt and awake articles factual?

  or are they misleading?.

  many have already discussed how verses, quotes, and facts are cherry-picked to fit a particular situation.. i came across another blatant misrepresentation of facts, in a grossly misleading chart-graphic.

  i always wondered why jws found it so hard to just walk away once they decided they didn't believe anymore.

  surely all they have to do is stop going to the meetings, i thought.

  i imagined there must be more to it than i could see but i might never know.

  Yes,I think you,ve got it! How can anyone walk away from the love of their lives! They took the vows until death!

  Some stay married out of guilt and the years invested. It is the samething! Years invested and guilt.

  People have spent years in the Borg and raised their families! Also, they have stated for years over and over again how much they love Jehovah just like a spouse. Teach their children to love Jehovah.

  Missing my Mom

  she and my dad brought us to the u.s. from ireland in hopes of giving the 4 of us kids a better life with more opportunities.. mom went to school in her village where her mother (my grandmother) was the teacher and the bible was part of the curriculum.

  they even used the name jehovah.

  her father was a plymouth brethern (think amish or quaker) who was shunned for the rest of his life for marrying my grandmother who wasn't "in the lord"...she belonged to church of ireland.. when the witnesses came to the door after we arrived in the u.s, mom was a shoe-in candidate for their recruitment.

  Heap, it is that time of the year! Mothers Day! My mother past away about the same times as yours. I went to the kh a week before Mothers Day, here they call Mother in laws day, for her funeral talk.

  It seems Mother Day is kinda of a gloomy time for many here with very good reason.

  Maybe someday your other son will celebrate Mothers Day.

  So called "non JWs" "worldly"as soon as they here I was raised as a JW they look at me as I had an awful disease,so I have to hide my crap childhood.

  Over the years,some "worldlies" will come out and say they have nothing in common with me, because nothing really to share. Favorite school dances, holidays, Christmas, birthday year. School activities such as sports and clubs. Their best times ever and I had none.There is nothing. Anyhow, I have learned to say nothing.

  So it is a catch twenty two, the things I regret also are the things that would have bonded fond memories with others.

  I live in the now and even somethings I still wonder about. Every year, how nice it would have been to celebrate Mothers Day and Fathers Day. Maybe they would have done things different and lived longer if the expression of gratitude were given.

  CO is chasing me . Meeting him tomorrow.

  this week is the "special week", co is back.. he phone called me this morning asking to meet together.. i replied "i don't refuse people who want talking to me, but my condition is that you must be alone, and we meet in public space.".

  he agreed and we will meet tomorrow in a cafe.. .

  this week he already met with my wife in the kh, and he told her "i believe your housband is apostate !!

  Tell this CO when it comes to my household,mind your own business! I might suggest to state," Stop spreading suspicious lies against me. My wife has reported that you have been singling her out to talk with her,it sounds like your trying to start an affair with my wife. Please, stop flirting with my wife." Do not here him out with excuses. I been wanting to talk with you alone to letyou know that I am on to you and feel very offended by your flirtatious attitude."

  Do not answer any of his foolish allegation and make him feel your anger first.

  That will work,he will just leave you and your wife alone. Because of his hidden motives! All men have them.

  That is what men should do because they love their wives. All that other stuff is just an excuse to cause a wedge between you and your wife.

  Men are such weenies to talk with another man's wife without the hubby around! Behind your back but in public makes it worse. The bible calls it wicked!

  miss k and her friend miss w arrived promptly today.

  our scheduled topic of discussion: jesus' claim to be "the way, the truth and the life..." john 14:6 since she was basing this topic choice on the fact that i had quoted that verse, i'm not sure why... she spent what seemed like a very long time, hopping through scriptures that all said that jesus was the truth, the way, or the life.

  ok, so we agreed... i kept waiting for her to get to a point, or sway from this principle.. of course, she summed up with scriptures that show how jesus submits to the father, and what does that mean we should do?

  You can guarantee that elders and older pioneers will look up qoutes like these from WT and use them against brothers and sister. Very arrogant and condescending toward studies. Their tactic is to make people feel inferior as if they have more bible knowledge because if years of experience. Big mistake on my part in the past was not recognizing this tactic. The only experience they have is reading the bible and looking up information. That is not the same as reading the bible chapter.

  This would be a really great come back,"how foolish it would be for us to accept an idea as true without checking the facts !" pause

  "That would be like covering our eyes and trying to cross a busy street just because someone tells us to do it."
