  I have no experience in this, but IMHO:

  take the easy money and license the idea to an existing manufacturer, then sit back and collect royalty cheques.

  Ask yourself what do you want to do:

  (A) make money and have time to invent more things?

  Or

  (B) Run a manufacturing business and have to deal with suppliers, operations, payroll, budgets, taxes, duties, distribution, intellectual property protection, etc.?

  Personally, I would go for (A). If, OTOH, you want (B), that is fine, but it would be just as easy, and likely have a greater chance of success to simply go out and buy a pre-existing manufacturing business. True, you wouldn't have the satisfaction of selling a product you invented (at least at first, unless/until you added your invention to the product line) but you would get everything else that goes with operating a manufacturing business.

  Be warned: the path to lucrative licensing deals is cluttered with fraudsters and scammers.

  We all wish we could flip that switch and help our friends and family out of their zombie-like following.

  But for most people, there is no switch. A better analogy would be a block of ice: it takes time to melt. If left out in the noonday sun, it could melt quickly. If kept wrapped up in the dark, it might never melt. If a new layer of cold water is applied every Tuesday/Thursday/Sunday, it could actually grow bigger.

  At the middle of that ice: freedom, self-direction, responsibility.

  It could take time. It could take a few months. It could take forever.

  Personally, I know of only one case wherein a spouse was able to "flip a switch" with their JW spouse, by asking:

  "do you care about truth? does it matter if something is true? what would make you not believe? how do you determine whats tru?"

  But that particular case involved two very smart, rational people. It is probably an exceptional case.

  There are so very many problems to point out, but it is late so I will restrict myself to just one.

  ... *IF* even a small portion of what Icke says is true, then those evil reptillian overlords behind the great conspiracy would have "dissappeard" him years ago. After all, they can't have a good conspiracy with Icke blabbing it to everyone in book after book!

  The very fact that Icke is still alive indicates that either:

  (a) the reptilian overlords do not exist

  or

  (b) the reptilian overlords are less effective than Romania's Caucesu-controlled Securitate. (BTW, those Romanian Securitate, *THEY* knew how to "disappear" people that revealed government secrets and corruption. The Reptiles should study the Securitate, to learn how to keep whistle-blowers quiet!)

  her opening line was "we haven't been able to reach you at your door, so that's why we're calling (barefaced lie as we have had witnesses call latey who even came back for a return visit but that's besty's story...).
