ONE other note to people who are in accidents:
if the officer asks "are you ok" important to say "I DON"T KNOW" injuries can show up days later !!!
just curious how many people have been the driver in a car/motorcycle accident.
i've been driving for 12 years now and have up and down the east coast numerous times, across country and up and down the west coast numerous times.
plus my commute to work for the past 2 years is 95 miles round trip.

yes Mrs Shakita I get so riled up when I don't see kids buckled in that I've actually called the sheriff on a few of them. growing up and hitchhiking in my younger years a lady stopped for us and we could see her bending down picking something up off the floor, when we got in it was her BABY. I know back then they did not have car seats, so it's sad to think of what could happen in a crash.
anyway the only accident I've ever been in was when I was 16 I thought I'd be nice and let my inexperienced friend drive my dads blue duster. she comes to a corner and PASSES OUT (not on drugs or anything) hitting two parked cars. I took the blame for it for insurance purposes and eventually told my parents years later. *&%##@* me off too because I didn't get to meet my date later and couldn't tell my dad I needed to stop and tell him what happened (only rode by).
mine has been done for quite some time, since I'm the gatherer I still have to be in the stores getting food and whatnots.
My hubby and our 15 year old did get up at 5 A.M. to get in on the rush for the early sales. One store gave away snowglobes,--line was to long so they went on their merry way in search of other items. the other stores line was tooooooooo looooooong and they weren;t going to stand in that one either. The final place they went to the store was giving out free 12 inch teddy bears to the first 1,000 people, when they pulled up, the parking lot was like a saturday afternoon. AND WHO DID THEY SEE IN LINE? STANDING IN ABOUT THE 453RD PERSON WAS MOTHER DUB AND HER 2 LITTLE DUBBETS. LOL
they had fun but probably won't do it again next year.
i resumed my smoking habit about a year before i left the borg.
i've been on and off of cigarettes since that time.
i'm trying to quit (again).
good for you in keeping on trying to quit!!! when I was in high school I smoked and that lasted about 4 years, I quit after promising my husband that I would before we were married. it's been 25 years now.
what made me want to quit was I actually made myself think that it was nauseating as I was inhaling Now when I see someone light up I think of all the wrinkles they are going to have when they reach 40 and how unattractive it really is plus they downright STINK. You can tell if someone smokes just by them walking by GOOD LUCK to you!!!
last night i watched paul mccartney on satilite,on tour.that dude can still rock.his volume of work over the decades still stands up today.
that man can put on a show, and thats a fact.his band all, younger guys were just incredible.his drummer was awesome,i haven`t seen a drummer that good since last year, when i saw john fogerty, former singer/writer of credence clearwater revival.john`s drummer was mezmerizing..did anyone else catch pauls concert last night?...outlaw edited by - outlaw on 28 november 2002 13:17:29.

there is christmas music blaring out in every shopping centre now, it started in mid-november.
it works a treat, reminds everyone to get spending.
most of it is rubbish, i feel so sorry for shopworkers having to listen to that for 7 weeks.
I can't say I have a favorite because I like them all, it's been 12 plus years since I've sung any and I now walk around the house singing to what words I remember but "it's all coming back to me now"
