its good to put things in perspective i find when you grow up in org the gb kinda have some mystic air to them but actually are probably more like frumpy old men who just hopes the gravy train doesnt stop anytime soon i have found so called apostates to be actually more civil and emotionally balanced than most wtnss just thought it was odd usually a guilty party or person who is intentionally screwing ppl will put in place a means to protect themselves although they have done than with an iron clad legal team!

Got My First Shunning Last Night - And I am NOT Even a JW!!!

last night i go to the grocery store and see this guy, always been a nice guy, always says "hello, how have you been, we mised you at the hall" crap.
and i say "never been better, nice to see you" you know the ususal pleasantries.... not last night.. we go into the store almost simultaneously (from different directions) and as soon as he sees me he dashes towards the shopping carts.

this has got me wondering i wonder if on a technicality if you were disfellowshipped can witnesses still talk to you? what i mean is now they only announce such and such is no longer a witness! so you become just like a man of the nations now i know because of old programing many shun because thats what was taught but were is that encourged now if i was a visitor and heard that announced wouldnt think that means to shun?

i think its a good idea but its weird how they view absolutly everything as a sign! i spoke with a friend about recent article that mentions the gb doesnt know if jah wants them to build new property they said it just show how close to end we are??? i know i was brain washed to but come on i think best way to debunk the org is the money its a business the other is legally there has to be some loophole were the gov can stop this blatant mind control a mass class action lawsuit or have everyone take out ad in local papers have a sunday were all apostates go to a dif hall and plant seeds of doubt with comments just to open some minds and give people a chance

How to Track Societies money?

what do they do with all the money? the org. has no shelters no food drives no schools and no tms doesnt count! no charity if a gave a check to org right now what proof is there that its used properly?when we count fs time we nickle and dime and take out time for lunch some deduct travel time almost down to second but there is no way to track donation funds? if its all on the up and up why not show books?how does government allow this to happen if this is how it works every crook and drug dealer in town could start a religion to launder money. at the very lease woudlnt some states require pan handlers license for wtnss asking for donations i bet it can be proven not all those funds are used for religious purposes.

@mp yes the more you read genesis account,as you pull on the thread it all kind of unravels for instance free will and angels so there are myriads myriads of ang bla bla hundreds of thou now a third of these choose to come down to earth and marry women but not one not one single angel! choose to warn adam and eve what satan was doing? or tell them who he was? no angel could use free will in a good way? then i ask well maybe jehovah stopped them? but why would he stop something good and not stop something bad like angels taking women and violence? it just doesnt make since? why did jehovah warn cain about his temper before he killed able and not give able the courtesy of knowing his brother was plotting to kill him? why did he basically put cain in a witness protection program after he murdered instead of protecting able?why did it take two angels and a fire sword to protect tree from adam and eve kinda overkill? why sword? where did weapons or need for such come from? why is god so willing to talk at lenth with the filthiest being alive satan but cant utter a peep to those who love worship and call out to him today? i mean he was at satans bek and call when he wanted to torment job which absolutley made no sense bc if jesus test was only thing that could make things right why mess with job? how do imperfect humans get tested more than perfect ones? i mean if you took a lexus for test drive you expect more in performance and durability as oppose to a kia? but adam got one test thats it and really couldnt satan had just waited till after he was allowed to eat fruit ? and are we saying if he did anything else it would have been ok?its stupid! religion controls masses

i find it interesting as well what takes place after adam and eve kicked out now cain and able give sacrifice to god for what? where did that idea come from? and why dont adam and eve try same thing? i mean we have indv on death row who make countless appeals to currupt human judges why not appeal to compassionate god? and why adam and eve step in line now and follow orders? youve already taken what you wanted why start doing what your suppose to do now? its like being d'fd but still going out in serv turning in time?how does jw wt justice even work one perfect man for one perfect man jesus foradam but two perfect people sinned?and that closer to perfection idea doesnt make sense either are we as humans going awy from or back to intelectual perfection?

isnt there a chapter in bible that gives genealogy all the way back to adam? i also find interesting this is one of the two instances were god appears vulnerable he stops mid sentence and goes and kicks them out the other place is when he stops humans from building tower of babel i mean how do you put a tree there and not fully consider the consquences of what could happen if they ate from it.

cedar, when you say you find it hard to beleive that adam and eve did not eat of tree of life because they were encouraged to eat of all trees as well there was no prohibition to eating from it, you have to think about the fact they were encouraged and in fact commanded to have sex and procreate! had perfect bodies were already naked and unlike the trees they were the only ooptions! but still didnt concieve child till after kicked out
