hello watchtower monitors and people of the board....here's the game.. somewhere, in the united states, there is going to be an apostate showing up at one of your district assemblies, he will be sporting a rainbow wig and a john 3:16 sign.

inside the convention.. now now, before apologists and dissents come my way.....i got a protest permit to be on said premis, and also, once i wear the wig and show the sign....as soon as they tell me to leave, i will comply...therefore i cant go to jail(saaay all you want, i already have an "ace up the sleeve" on this, so guess what?

Gays and Witnesses share convention facilities!

my wife went to her assembly this weekend in long beach.

after returning she shared with me that they shared the convention facilities with a function for gays.

on top of that accross the way was some sort of rock festival.. it appears satan was everywhere .

Window washer salary = cheap polyester suits.

Sexually repressed = men in cheap polyester suits with boners from looking at the chicks in summertime wearing flowing flower skirts.

Boners = Mike Musto's undivided attention.

What are some of the lousiest jobs out there?

i think that any job that involves customer service or dealing with the public really sucks!

i used to be a bank teller for 4 years, i finally got fired for letting this one obnoxious customer really have it!

some of the worst type of customers were the ones who left their brains who knows where.

I was watching Jay Leno one evening last year and this very same topic was discussed in a comedic skit with the audience.

Mind you, the people scheduled for face-time with Leno were NOT paid actors. These were REAL jobs.

One man was from Oklahoma and he... (sigh, Im NOT kidding) jerked off turkey's and collected turkey sperm 40 hours a week.

Thats right. His full time job was to beat off turkeys. The funniest part was, he had done this for over 10 years.

EDIT: Didnt realize it had already been mentioned. Alas, it was worthy of rementioning. Someone else can now verify my story.

The other person I distinctly remember was a fellow who worked at some exotic animal rescue shelter who spent 40 hours a week cleaning up llama and ostrich shit.

Listening to these stories, it makes a job you dont like seem not that bad.

Your comments only serve to prove my point for me.

When confronted with quotes taken directly from WTBTS literature, and when questioned about your own contradictory statements so clearly exposed.. what do you do?

You resort to name-calling, condescension, and avoiding the topic at hand altogether.

Note to lurkers: This is the method of operation for most of your standard Jehovah's Witnesses, even moreso the hardcore, fanatical ones, which YouKnow obviously is. They seek to convert you with their own interpretation of Scripture, and they hold the Watchtower Society and the Jehovah's Witness organization in the highest regard, yet when clear facts are presented which demonstrate that the WTBTS and Jehovah's Witnesses are a false prophet and corrupt religion, they turn a deaf ear or evade the issue completely.

Thank you again Robert for your response, it is truly appreciated.

I will comment on every thread you start YouKnow, and expose you everytime.

Glancing over to the right, you will see a white sheet of paper which represents all of the threads that YouKnow has started. If you take the time to thoroughly read all of his comments and predictions, you will see that he presents a fine example on this website of those who profess to be loyal Jehovah's Witnesses that behave in a childish manner, prophesy events falsely, and contradict themselves time and again. Educate yourselves on what Jehovah's Witnesses are about, that you may avoid being caught up in such an extremist cult, which divides families, shields pedophiles, murders children, lies to it's members, and does scores of other horrific things in the name of God.

You have time to post entirely different threads, yet you conveniently avoid comments and issues that expose you and your fanatical religion when they are raised. The whole board has seen that when exposed for your hypocrisy you continually employ evasive tactics when defending yourself and your false religion.

My comments on the "Dateline - Black Art of Propaganda" thread still stand.

Your comment brought back another priceless memory for me.

My grandparents and my mom took my older sister on vacation to New Mexico circa 1971. (my sister was 3 years old at the time)

The story I was relayed by my sister was my grandfather told my mom time and again that:

your daughter (his granddaughter) would never live to see high-school age in this system of things.

My sister is now 34.

Funny thing is, it would be another 9 years before I was even born.

I graduated from college in 1999.

So much for my OLDER sister never seeing high-school, much less ME.

Experiences like these make me wonder how someone who was a JW during the 70's can in good conscience remain a JW after knowing that the WTBTS has prophesied falsely.

I chalk it up to fear of losing family, maintaining status-quo, and indoctrinated ignorance.

Im loving these stories, I hope to read more.

Oh God I dont even know where to begin with this one.

Over a period of 20 years being a JW I heard some VERY stupid comments from rather uneducated people.

Lets's see:

Fire is hot because Jehovah God made it that way. (an excellent explanation of science, forget laws of nature, that answer is sufficent to a Dub) bold mine
Saddam Hussein is Satan's agent on Earth to instigate the battle of Armaggedon. (thought Satan could do it himself? and false prophesying again are we?) bold mine
Boas are fluffy serpents and demonic which is why you never see a "sister" wearing something filled with such debauchery. (an old sister said that, to this day I do not understand her reasoning, but even the pink ones like Rodman used to wear? wow.. demonic) bold mine
Sexual attraction is a snare and a racket and Jehovah will remove that tendency in the new system because when resurrected wives and husbands meet they wont be together like that anymore. we might even be without genitals like the angels. (same old sister in field service, she was a weird one. I chalk it up to her being lonely though) bold mine

Those are just the ones that come to the top of my mind. There are many more, and I am sure I will think of them later.

One thing is for certain, JW's certainly have a very unique way they look at the world, and at times in retrospect it can be quite amusing to see that so many people convince themselves of this BS.

Actually, when JW's make comments like the ones above, they do not realize they are actually "de-witnessing" to many people, because it makes a person with any intelligence at all realize how extreme and fanatical they are.

Just my 2c.

I have not worn a suit and tie once in the year since I disassociated myself from the organization known as Jehovah's Witnesses.

I work in a profession which does not require people to wear suit and ties, and although I still possess several suits in my wardrobe from my JW-days, I have had no need for them in recent months.

I much prefer it this way anyway. I dont like being all stuffy.
