  sometimes i really get sad over my situation.. even though i have never really been active in the cong.

  i still grew up in a "spirituall strong" family, my sisters all pioneering, my dad is also an elder-still.

  i miss my parents, they way they were.

  what do you all do with your free time now guys..like hobbies and what not..like you pioneers there is 75 hrs you have to play around with if you know what i mean not to mention meetings and bible studying etc.

  i studied with the watchtower for about 5 years.

  i always had in my mind that maybe this was really god.

  i havent been in contact with them and from what all ive seen im pretty sure lol that their not it.

  Ever Shun a JW?

  my jw sister and i are on good terms, and i talk to her on a regular basis.

  on the other hand, i have a jw cousin who i hope never to talk to again.

  i have only seen her once in 30 years and that was at my sister's daugher's wedding.

  where to begin.... i was never baptized but grew up in the "truth", age 0 to 18. my dad is an elder.

  he once was proud of me.

  i was daddys little princess, but too opinionated for my own good.

  Happy JW Marriages the Impossible Dream?

  while it is not impossible to have a happy marriage in the jw religion for many it is hard, for some it is very hard to maintain happiness in their marriage.

  the watchtower raises the bar so very high in every aspect of life, marriage included.

  the watchtower literature encourages a jw married couple to be practically perfect, or at least that is the goal set before them.
