  what may at first glance seem like a fantasy, the ex-dub island of refuge project is for real.

  Will we set up a government so we can apply for loans and grants from the USA?

  Do we even want a government?

  Is anybody into alternative remedies?

  i have a friend who has had cfs for ten years.

  he is on traditional treatments, but they never seem so work out.

  it takes him weeks to get over a mild case of the flu.

  hi, i just did not want your topic to be overlooked for I know it is important to you...I myself don't use alterniative treatment.

  My son had leukimea in the seventies and passed away...we did try laitril treatment from Mexico.

  I wish you the best and my advise is this. If he wants to try something new give him your support , because nobody knows what will work or won't.

  I wish I had a healing perscription for your friend.

  What if the elders dont come see you at all?

  i was looking at the post of,another member here and he stated how he hates when the elders come to harass his wife for not coming to the meetings,but what if they never come?

  my wife has been missing from the meetings for almost a year now due to illness,and i have been missing the meetings dueto my relocating after the 9/11 attacks we get a phone call once every 2 months from one elder,and thats about it.we got a shepherding call only out of fear of what the circuit overseer might say to them for not seeing us.what to do?

  what is your desire?

  Do you want them to come or not?

  If they never come then you know you are either doing real good or you are so far gone that they have no feelings for you except to carry out their congregational duty... which is to keep the CO off their backs.

  Sorry your wife is ill.

  My wife passed away and we never received a sheperding call for over a year while we were undergoing some tramactic experiences.

  Matter of fact we found out the elders had to vote wether we were worthy of a congregational meal after my wife's hip replacement ..

  Go figure.

  Open Letter to Society

  dear brothers,.

  you might want to consider this letter in the 'questions from readers' section of the watchtower.. my question is this: i would like to join the catholic church and at the same time keep my standing and position in the congregation!

  the reason being is that i have heard that the vatican has a very good and complete library which i would like to avail myself of.

  I think each one of us should use this letter and write the society in be half of one of the elders in our old cogregation using his name address and phone #. I would just love to send this letter as my son-in-law and have it go to the society.

  Food poisoning and stomach upsets? & QB'KH's

  at assemblies and conventions do you 'recall', (ughhhh wt expression), any cases of food poisoning or stomach aches from food not being taken care of hygenically?.

  and else where, for example quickbuilds, what health and safety laws do you know that got violated on site leading to accidents?.

  all i remember is bro. couldn't wear shorts and tank tops. not trhat i had a mr universe body .

  at quick builds and you had to follow a lead wether he knew anything about construction or not.

  the more hours one had the more responcibility one had.
