  is your religion a cult?

  http://goodcultbadcult.com/ an ex-mormon friend of mine made this based on steve hassan's book, combating cult mind control.

  oh, and you can send it to your family, tell them it was made by an ex-mormon to show that mormons are a cult.

  i searched to see if there was already a thread on this but didnt see one.... .

  i was thinking about this weird-a@# struggle we have all found ourselves in and one of the worst things about it is not having a soul in the world to talk to.

  we find ourselves isolated from those who know us best, those we've loved dearly and the new people we surround ourselves with could never begin to understand (non-jws).

  jw discussion boards have been around for at least as long as this board has .... .

  did all of the boards that existed back then follow the "faithful and discrete" slave and shut down their boards?

  or are some of them still singing their praises to jehoavh online and going against orders?.

  PLEAAASE modify the captcha logic on this website

  i'm desperately begging to the administrators of this website, to please modify the logic of the captchas used to validate the logins.. they were perfectly acceptable up to sometime in the last few days when they seem to have been modified.

  the level of deciphering needed to read the captchas has gone up tremendously.

  it took me about 30 attempts for this last login.. please revert the logic as it was before, where you had 2 words, one easy to read and another moderately hard to decipher..

  i wanted to see if anyone else had any experiences along these same lines.

  i met most of the ones that were current during the 2001-2003 years.

  when it did finally happen months later, it was because he had left jehovah.

  i hated him for many years and refused to speak to him.

  I'm a stepmom to a little JW.... need advice...

  i am a new stepmom to an 8 year old boy whose mother is a jw pioneer.

  my husband has been disfellowshipped for 2.5 years now.

  i was part of the reason he left the organization for good, although he had stopped believing long before being kicked out.
