He does not post here to my knowledge. He used to post a lot on the old h2o, then he changed his name to Joshua92. I'm sorry if I was mistaken, some of your comments reminded me of him. I always assumed that he would soon make his appearance on this board in one way or another. I always thought he was very bright, just alittle off target on some of his assertions. With all due respect, you agree that there are not two chances to be saved, yet you seem to be saying exactly that when you say that our flesh will be judged and then later some will also have their spirits judged. This really does not make sense to me. It seems like some are getting two chances to get it right.
Also, I am curious, do you believe in a Paradise Earth as the WTS has pictured it or are your beliefs somewhat different?

You said that "resurrection" means to stand again. What exactly is standing again of these dead people? Is it their spirits (which according to you returned to God the first time they died.) How can a spirit stand again? Wouldn't it already be alive with God? What are the seas and the tombs giving up if the only thing standing up is their spirits which are already with God?
As you said Heb.9:27 says that man is destined to die once and then face judgment. I do not read anything about a second chance in that verse. Can you tell me where the Bible mentions anything about a second chance if we mess up the first time around?
Also, where are these spirits located that are before the throne after they are resurrected? Did God return them to Earth or are they still in Heaven?

What's So Special About These One's?
by Englishman inim intrigued by the jws teachings re the 144,000 and i would much appreciate some input.. i mean, is their any real scriptural back-up to say that a set number of people will go from earth to heaven, or is this just a witness interpretation thing?.
also, how does this remnant become aware that they have a calling?
does the wtbts tend not to persecute these ones, if they hold views that would be deemed as apostate in others?.
