a year to a year and a half ago, i would have taken this article at face value and believed it.. now, i realize this article comes from a dubious source.

world news daily has a die-hard right-wing bias.

so, in an effort to get real information, i'm asking my european exjw's, is this article all true?

What strikes me about this thread and particularly those posts that are saying the report is accurate, is that everything is hearsay. "I have heard" this or that. Evidential references to non-extreme right wing sources might make the story more credible.

i live in London and, yes, there was a "sharia law London" sensationalist story around the time that UKIP were campaigning for support but surprise surprise those stories have disappeared. And it was nothing to do with this refugee crisis.

I'm sure there are problems and tensions in some areas. There are bound to be. These people have fled horrific situations and are probably very disturbed. I haven't heard of a rush to buy guns to defend ourselves. But that's not to say it doesn't happen in some places and probably says more about the way the situation is being managed than anything else.

And to those saying we should mind our own business and let the Middle East countries sort out their own problems, I'm afraid that door closed a long time ago. Arguably we would not be having this very crisis if we had kept our noses out of other countries control of their own oil supplies and hadn't tried to topple dictators under the guise of "doing the right thing" but really for our own interests.

We in the west did a lot to create the current problems that these people are fleeing. Yes I'm sure Isis will use the situation to infiltrate but our leaders made our bed and so we have to lie in it unfortunately.

No Sleep

like it is so annoying.

as tired as i am and as painful these meetings are to listen to, i can not for the life of me fall asleep.

might close my eyes for 30 seconds but that seems to make me even more awake.

.I was one of the lucky ones who always managed to fall asleep during the meetings and assemblies. Someone once told me the brain sometimes takes the opposite action to what your conscious thought is trying to do. They said the more you try to stay awake, the more likely you are to fall asleep - and conversely the more you try to fall asleep, the more likely you will stay awake.. Not sure how true it is but might be worth trying to stay awake during the meetings hehe...

this df persons walks up to the cood and says i would like to give you my reinstatement letter because i have been attending meetings here ,the cood says do not give me that letter i need to observe you first then you can rurn in letter i ask my friend is that something new?

the person only wants to return because they want to speak to there mother and father and siblings so thats the resl reason but now they have to sit and wait for this elder to observe them what hypocrites.

I registered to vote yesterday.

i had to take the drivers license was up for renewal so while filling out the paperwork, i checked the motor voter box.

Nice work . Earlier this year I voted in the uk general election for the first time. It felt really liberating bit i I know what you mean about erm being spoiled for choice ;) Good on you Zoos!
