  Jehovah's Witnesses Should Show An Identity Card

  i went to the public talk given by the c.o.

  and the whole theme was that jw's should wear an identity card so that everyone would know who they were.we should feel happy that by our merely voicing our position as jw's, that everyone knows what we are and who we stand for.

  we should be happy to make a stand and sit down for the flag salute, to show we won't worship it.

  I don't see any reason why JW's would need an I.D. card. No sane person would attempt to impersonate a them.

  ALTERNATIVE FRUIT CAKE.....HIC

  may i take this opportunity in washing you all a very marry chritmas and a hippy new ear.

  fruitcake recipe.. you will need the following: a cup of water, a cup of sugar, 4 large eggs, 2 cups of dried fruit,a teaspoon of baking soda, a teaspoon of salt, a cup of brown sugar, lemon juice, nuts and a bottle of whisky.. sample the whisky to check for quality.. take a large bowl .

  check the whisky.

  I can't remember who said this but it was quoted in a Higgins novel ' All that is required for evil to triumph is for good men to do nothing.'

  It's getting harder all the time to tell who the good guys are. Since Sept 11, there has been a gradual eroding of individual rights in America. I always shudder when I hear lawyers or politicians stating 'the end justifies the means'

  Paul McCartney back in the U.S.

  last night i watched paul mccartney on satilite,on tour.that dude can still rock.his volume of work over the decades still stands up today.

  that man can put on a show,and thats a fact.his band all,younger guys were just incredible.his drummer was awesome,i haven`t seen a drummer that good since last year,when i saw john fogerty,former singer/writer of credence clearwater revival.john`s drummer was mezmerizing..did anyone else catch pauls concert last night?...outlaw edited by - outlaw on 28 november 2002 13:17:29.

  Good to see Paul back in the limelight. He's one of the best musicians ever. I was lucky enough to have caught his Wings over America tour back in '75. I've got no idea if he's coming up this way but i'd love to see him again!!

  Anyone who denies the holocaust has obviously never read Rudolf Hoess' autobiography, "The Commandant of Auschwitz". Written while jailed by the allies awaiting trial and execution.

  Eugon Kogon's "The Buchenwald Report":. Much of which is included in his book "The Theory and Practise of Hell"

  any one who claims that pacifism has never won a war, has never heard of Ghandi and the events that occured in India in 1948.

  WT literature in the trash can

  i am born in the truth.now i am 40 years old and have thrown all my wt literature in the trash can.i am ashamed that i have been in the watchtower orginazation and in my prayer to jehovah i have said that i only belong to him.

  I threw out all my literature years ago. There's no need to feel embarrassed about having been involved in the organisation, most of us here have been duped in one way or another. Forget the past and face the future with eyes-wide open and a free mind. Good luck.

  What makes Jesus so special?

  i've been wondering, what makes jesus so different from the rest of creation that he is granted the title "son of god".

  if there was nothing before jehovah, all things are his creation and therefore should be on equal footing.

  for jesus to truly be his son, jehovah, would have had to have created a goddess to copulate with, thereby creating a proper male/female relationship from which to form an offspring.
