  "Were any of them Witnesses?"

  it was a typical night at the local kingdom hall.

  people were coming in and visiting, looking for seats and laying down publications to mark where they would sit.

  people were shaking hands, and the conversation was mixed.

  I also entered the Kingdom Hall after three years of being away, It struck me that I didn't remember them as being such cold hearted SOB's The Brothers struck me as some kind of neo-nazi regeme ,as long as your doing exactly what they tell you your in. What did it for me was a brother I knew came up to me and made a remark to the affect that I was like a submarine just pop up every once in a while, I could feel my ears turning red and my bloodpressure rising, I laughed but got the feeling he really did despise me. I sat thru the meeting looking at everyone thru my new glasses, the ones you get after your away for a while and have several weeks of therapy under your belt, I was there to here if anything was being said about the child abuse issue or the march, nothing business as usual, during the part were they go over the bills of the cong. and were a little short on funds I snapped, 956.million and there a little short this month, It was a sign a found a piece of paper the size of a check and wrote on it "SILENT LAMBS" and dropped it in the world wide witnessing contribution box, this was my purpose for going anyway but it did confirm my conviction.

  British Branch to answer to Government!!!!

  immediately after the panorama episode which dealt with the jehovahs witness problem with paedophiles i contacted my local mp, patricia hewitt, to voice my concerns.

  it appears that she forwarded my concerns to the parliamentary under secretary of state, hilary ben mp.

  this is a copy of the letter she received back, which came in the post this morning.

  i have been wandering around the board for a while now, and have decided it is time to contribute a bit of my history.

  i have described my involvement with the witnesses as being from the outside looking in.

  my sweet honey has been trying for two years to get reinstated.

  if i was an active jehovahs witness would i feel comfortable knowing that my contributions were being used to pay for lawers to help keep child abuse cases hushed.

  and even if this didn't bother me, could this be considered actual witnessing, i don't know, i believe instead of money if a truely good hearted witness, afraid of the wrath of the organization was to just slip a peice of paper in the contribution box with the words "silent lambs" written on it it may be a way to help without sticking your neck on the dfing block.

  Canadian trial ends......almost.....thanks to all

  i wanted to give everyone who came to my trial a great big "thank you".

  it was a very difficult 2 and a half weeks.

  the support from this board was overwhelming.

  Thanks for giving abuse victoms a voice, even if the decision goes the other way, I don't think it will, at any rate your case will be the one other judges will look at in the future thats why this judge is doing her homework, landmark case and all. It's a real shocker I know when you actually see the lye's coming right out of there own mouth. WAKE UP!!! what was that. I know..best regards to you and your family.

  what are the active witnesses saying about the molesting issue that has come quite apparent lately?

  what if everything that is done by and for the wts is done for the secrecy, protection and sake of a power-hungry, sexually perverse, women and child hating bunch of psychologically twisted men, the governing body?.

  they are, after all, untouchable.

  and kept safely in hiding.. it is at their behest and at their direction and with their knowledge that all of the horrible things we hear and know of, happen.

  I have often had a cold chill go up my spine at the KH when they get on a roll about how good they are and how wicked the world is, There not to far behind some of these arion race skin heads, in fact at the last memorial I attended the brothers passing around the blood, I mean the wine had all shaved there heads, I am not kidding, what was with that, I ran outa that place!!!

  my mamma always told me it is better to thought of a fool than to open ones mouth and remove all doubt.

  here we are in the serverroom all is well- win2000 is running fine-- so what are the 6 of us doing --we are looking at the words of the wt spokesman.. .

  I heard a rumor that JR Brown was not considered for his job because his only previous experiance was working at Jack in the Box, But they were forced to reconsider when they found out he was actually the manager there, I don't have 2 witnesses to this fact thow so you should take it with a grain of salt.

  feel free to answer them both, if you like, but i'm just wondering, do most witnesses know that something is happening this week?
