A ridiculous thing I found in the old young people’s book

it was in some book for young people that i found going through the watchtower library when i was doing research for old publications, i cannot believe this lunacy, i feel so bad for the teenagers at the time who had to try to take this seriously, but they’re not a high control religion or cult though, anyways here is is : .

if you sleep in a room alone and you find that you seem to feel special stress in this direction at night, you may be able to arrange matters to share a room with another member of your family.

also, you may find it helpful to sleep on your side rather than on your back or face down.. 18 another thing that may be helpful is to see to it that your clothing does not unnecessarily cause friction with the sexual organs.

Is that "Questions Young People Ask " book ? if it is I have a question that young people should ask that is not in the book .

And this is strictly from the males perspective and I would be very interested if females have a similar problem that is not so obvious.?

Its a physical thing that never seems to get spoken about or addressed from any quarter and from what I see no answer for .

So here is the question .

If God Jehovah created humans why do males from INFANCY get erections that they have no control over .?

Children pre puberty who have no idea what their Penus is for except to pee out of and have no idea of sex or procreation and yet get erections for no apparent reason.

And this happens from infancy ,so if God created man why would this be so ?

They are not thinking of sex ,girls or women and have no idea why it occurs and it does so randomly out of the blue for no reason at all .

That is a question that should have been in that book

Pardon my ignorance but do females have anything like that experience pre-puberty from infancy ?

i can’t speak for everyone, but in my experience my whole life as a witness, people, mainly woman , were speaken of very poorly for “commiting fornication”.

and everyone was so repulsed by women who wore “revealing” clothes, always saying, “women wear things like that, or let their daughters go out like that, and then wonder why their raped.” which makes me want to throw up.

if you even got in trouble for a groping session, you were the talk of gossip for weeks, maybe for years if some had it in for you.

I feel your frustration Addison0998 most J.W`.s let the G.B. do their thinking for them and one day they will regret it.

The world is now becoming more tuned to the extent of sexual abuse against minors in the Jehovah`s Witness organization than ever before and the cover up by Elders to protect Jehovah`s name .

In one Country after another Country .

Justice is SLOW in coming however it is coming against the WTB&TS , and not before time.

Is JW.Org News anymore up to date than "Awake Watching The World" I certainly hope so though I don`t think it would be any less biased and selective in their "news"

I`m pretty sure the flood of News Articles ,Print ,TV, and on line that are coming soon is going to overwhelm the organization that they will have to go into damage control that I personally do not think they will emerge unscathed from .

Sure they will still exist as a religion but nothing like they have been in the past .

Their glory days have long gone .

so the recent topic about film franchises got me thinking.

sure, we all love the big budget, mainstream releases that are so successful they spawn never-ending (it sometimes seems) sequels.

we could watch marvel and star-wars movies for the rest of our lives (and we might just ...).. but y'know what i love?

Abyss was a movie I loved some years ago.

Anybody remember "Robinson Crusoe On Mars ?" I saw that years ago on TV and have never seen it anywhere since.

" The Man From Planet X" a British film if I remember correctly maybe around the 50`s or 60`s ?

"The Time Machine" with Rod Taylor and their was another interesting one with Roddy Mcdowell and/ as jack the Ripper using the Time Machine .

I love these movies .

"Apostasy" is worse than...??

it is funny to contemplate how ridiculous the act of shunning "apostates" who leave the org for conscientious reasons is.. so we have been rudely ignored and even abused by jws who :.

1) have been imprisoned recently for dishonest business practices and fraud worth millions of dollars.

2) have been bankrupt several times.

I find it funny that Jehovah and Jesus Christ never shunned Satan and Jehovah is going to give his buddy Satan a free pass to cause havoc on mankind after Jesus Christ 1000 year rule ends . Job , Mat, Revelation .

But he is a God of love isn`t he .

but given how commercial and political interests get their tentacles around them, finding a fully unbiased news website is not so easy.. here in america some would rather trust bbc or reuters than they do cnn or fox news.

What i am saying is that the WT used the Greek text "and God was the word" and then they interpret it to mean "the word was a god"

Christians claim that the Bible is the word of God ,Gods word ,they either believe what it says or they want to "interpret" what God meant to say.

Is God so incompetent that he can`t say what he means ? or that he does not mean what he says ?

The reason that their are over 40,000 Christian sects in the world is simply because they all interpret the scriptures to what God meant to say according to their own agenda and not what is stated in the oldest existing manuscripts .

That`s just my 2 cents worth.

Cults and extreme belief

a&e has a new show this season called cults and extreme belief.

the second episode will air on 5/29 at 9:00 pm and jehovah's witnesses will be featured.

hopefully they do a good job exposing them for what they really are.

And JWs will cry "apostate driven lies" and "persecution" when that show gets aired...

Just got this quote from A&E web site and sad to say it will be from former members, so any current JW will just blame apostates for their lies on this show. Its worth a watch though.

Who cares what "they" JW`s think or say the majority of people who watch it will be non J.W.`s and they will be informed as to what a cult the J.W.religion is ? and they wont be new recruits ,ever .
