really, i wasnt that surprised. I had told my mom for years that I thought they had the generation thing way off base. When I heard they changed it, it seemed like something they'd have to do, considering almost everyone in that generation is dead.
over the last few weeks a lot of people have come forward and posted stories of abuse while they were jws.
these often were experiences as a child victim or a wife at the hands of an abusive husband.
the forums are open to active jws and those who have left.
Lady Lee, I think that is a great thing you are offering...I am sure many suffer from it (probably me, in many areas). It's hard to know whats normal and whats not when you live the Society.
I'm very interested in it....I am sure it will bring relief and common ground for many here.
i've spent a lot of time on allmusic.com and it amazes me how much nirvana is mentioned when the reviewers rate other albums.
so its a no brainer that nirvana's work should probably have a place in every rock collection, but what are some other albums every rock fan should listen to if not own.

Yes, I think dads are very underrated...they freak out over mothers day and you hardly hear anything about fathers day!! Fathers are cool!

How could booby trapping your car be illegal? I would think the laws would protect your right to protect your property..... just like having a pitbull in the front seat. So if the dog bites the thief, can he sue?
I say, do what you need to do to prevent your stuff from getting stolen!

a thai man has killed his wife after the two quarreled over the tv remote control during a world cup match.. chartkaew yam-uarn, 18, was shot by her husband, arrested as he tried to flee the scene, said police captain jittikul kaewklangmuang.. yai, a 20-year-old motorcycle taxi driver, confessed to the shooting but claimed it was an accident, jittikul said.. the suspect said the fight started thursday when his wife kept nagging him about his laziness since world cup tournament began two week ago.. she then snatched a remote control from him and switched to a soap opera in middle of the game between mexico and italy.. after failing to grab the gadget, yai slapped her in the face.
