Bad Blood - when safe blood turns into bad blood - The patients' body reaction
by TheWonderofYou indespite that the sensational title „bad blood“ was selected to „scare?“ the public.
„bad blood - volte-face in intensive care medicine" by ulricke gehring, 2014. available in english .
its about the fight against public unawareness and resistance.

TheWonderofYou, in all honesty, that's not new. The medical community is more than aware of body rejecting blood (and not only blood). That concept has been around ever since using blood in medicine started.
Those are some of the reasons why the medical industry keeps researching and creating methods and products to substitute blood and to control negative reactions to transfusions. Other reasons have to do with the process of using blood being too costly, and also not having enough blood in blood banks.
The article is interesting; it's good to see the numbers.

BIG news Trump...His lewd conversation leaks.

Just my two cents. I agree with those who say that they don't need that piece of evidence to know who/how that walking vulgarity named Donald Trump is. I don't either.
However, even though his popularity hasn't grown a lot compared to that of other candidates, it is still growing. There are people out there, undecided, entertaining the idea of voting for that aberration, some even looking for an excuse to do so, and the reasons that they give are just insane.
As "bad" as they say she is and as imperfect as I believe Hillary Clinton is, I really have to look at who can better lead the country. I love the idea of libertarianism, but unfortunately the choice for that is a clown, not to mention the educational uphill battle that any alternative has. So that's out of the question. At this point, a vote for Garry Johnson is a waste of vote. To me is about choosing who can really address the challenges in this country, and who can work to unify it. That pig named Donald Trump is definitely not the person to accomplish any of it.
What I find really sad and frightening is the rather large amounts of Americans who entertain and are sold on that POS named Donald Trump. It's more alarming to me to see that many people willing to vote for that --it. And the problem, I think, is not the filth that Donald Trump vomits out of his behind when he open his mouth, or what he tries to sell. It's the psychological profile and mentality of the non-politician average American who follows that crap.
Case in point, those who are not aware, look at this article:
This is the real issue that America is facing. That's what I believe needs to be addressed. How do you start dealing with people like that nut job? There are way too many people like her here, and that has nothing to do with Hillary Clinton, Donald Trump or any other politician for that matter.
As for me, for as long as every time something that Donald Trump (I ran out of disgusting ways of describing that thing) says something stupid and there's an avalanche of surrogates explaining what he says and trying to divert it to "Hillary said this! She did that!", I'm not taking that candidate seriously.
I feel sorry for true republicans and conservatives, in a way, for having that thing representing them, but at the same time, the Republican party has to look into itself and get their effing act together. That's what you get for the infighting; that's what you get when you become the party of no; that's what you get when you become an "anything but Obama". They earned Donald Trump.

What steps did you take to free yourself from the cult? mentally or physically?
by HereIgo infirst i ignored all of the elders phone calls to send my recommendation letter to my new congregation, truth is i had already started my fade and moved across town and didn't have a new congregation.
i deleted all jw friends on facebook.
i also threw away all of my public talks recorded on cd, all literature, even my book bag and my bible.

To me it was very important to leave in my terms and because I said so, so I did a whole lot of lying and pretending to avoid getting disfellowshipped.
I changed congregations and went to a place where they didn't know me (even though I knew that the record will follow), I started college in the evenings, I started building relationships outside the congregation. I also had a boyfriend who gave me a lot of support in my fading process.
When elders and other people in the congregation started asking questions, I kept my responses vague and will throw something about a very recent WT article so they saw that I was current, and I kept myself as undetectable as possible.

Feeling very lonely
by BlackWolf inthe past few months i've been feeling really depressed and kind of hopeless.
the few people that actually were a little bit friendly to me at the hall recently moved away, and i'm feeling like more of an outcast than i already was.
every meeting i just stand by myself by the wall and nobody cares, i feel really lonely and unloved.

Blackwolf, you remind me of me when I was in a almost identical situation. The JWs do that for no reason. To them you may not be cool enough to deserve their attention. Or it may be simply based in some ill-intended gossip that for some reason they love taking as factual information.
Moving forward, I wish I could tell you that things will turn around, but not only they may not, but also it's better for you.
Questions, are you happy being a JW (forget about how you are treated in the congregation)? Do you believe in what they teach? Do you want to remain a JW? Do you enjoy their activites and are you ok abiding their rules and guidelines? If so I'd suggest to start going to another congregation, maybe you may make better connections with people from the congregation.
However, if on the other hand you find yourself questioning your faith and belonging to that organization, this is a great opportunity that is being handed to you. You have now plenty of time and space to start informing yourself about alternatives and maybe making a move. The good thing about people not paying attention to you is that you can get away with doing plenty, and that my friend, is definitely reason to be depressed.
I was in a similar state in the congregation and I went through a period of depression over the mistreatment and neglect from the people who are supposed to be loving. I even went through a conflicted time when I started feeling bad for feeling good outside the congregation. I got that over really soon as I got a taste of what a better life and really caring people are.
I'm not encouraging you to stay or leave, but I do encourage you to realize that you do not deserve to be mistreated, especially if you are being a good JW.

As creepy as it sounds, they basically say, "Whatever you do as far as sex is concerned, is your business.." I can't go get the article because my wife is right next to me, annoying the crap out of me, but check it out. It's super creepy. Even creepier than the GB policing sexual matters. It's the strangest thing I've read in a long time....
LOL! Makes me so happy that I left when I did. Thanks for sharing, sorry you had to put up with that and wasted a few hours that you'll never recover.

What if Jesus Christ was not put to death by the Romans but instead died a natural death?
by deegee inaccording to christianity, the death of jesus was a miscarriage of justice.
so then, what if there was no so-called miscarriage of justice so that jesus was not put to death by the romans but he instead died a natural death?
would christians still receive the forgiveness of their sins and their hoped for salvation?.

No, they never have and never will because this is all nonsense.

God, I hate that organization! The way they start stating that the abuse is "perpetrated even by ministers of various religious confessions". The way they detach themselves from the filth they have going on in their congregations. AAAARRGGHH!

All the time and I've been out for almost three decades. I don't like it, but as I have posted before, to me is not about eliminating that organization from my life, but to minimize its negative influence. When something like that comes to mind, I just change my thoughts and move on to more important things to sing and do.
