My conclusion is that jw.org will do their strategy making for their own purpose to survive on long term.
Professor Richard Singelenberg, Utrecht University, wrote a long time ago that jw.org would transform to an "accepted" religious movement. Many changes in the years ahead gave proof to that.
So, people come and go, the society will survive like they did the 100+ years ahead.

these new appointments are troubling, to say the least, especially considering the factors surrounding their selection.
these appointments raise key concerns about leadership, experience, and what is happening behind the scenes at the organization's headquarters.
In a few years we will read in a wt article "Some witness thought the 144000 were not symbolic".
What I conclude after the AM 2024, is that the old jw.org is dead now. They are made ready for the long run. Young GB members, for the decades to come.
The old rank and file are nearly gone, the time is there to change to a modern and virtual religion.

i find it amazing that the wtbts says that you should refuse blood, even if it could save your life.. look at the apostle paul.
he knew the injunctions of acts 15 - yet by his own admission in his letters to the corinthians admitted that he bought meat sacrificed to idols and ate it.
so would he have refused this meat if he were about to die of hunger?.
What is more important? Life itself or the symbol of life (blood)?
I think that everybody with common sense has the answer.

on february 22, 2023, anthony morris iii was officially removed from the governing body of jehovah's witnesses.
a few months later it was revealed that the watchtower bought him a house in lumberton, north carolina.. however, and correct me if i am wrong, since leaving the gb nobody has reported seeing tony attending jw meetings or participating in field service.
in fact nobody has reported seeing him anywhere, not even at a local liquor store.
It's a The Firm (Grisham) like scenario.
