JWN, 23 years posting Blondie
by blondie incan i call you friends, i think so after 23 years posting here.
i am dismayed how jwn is being "dominated" or taken over by a few posters, peppering the comments.
in the past, the admin did not approve of this and did remove some posters from jwn.

Proof of two destinies for believers in the Bible, heavenly and earthly
by slimboyfat inthe jw idea that believers are destined either for heavenly life or for endless life on earth comes in for significant criticism by critics of various kinds.
even some groups, such as the christadelphians, who share belief in a future paradise earth, donāt share the view that some christians are destined for life in heaven.
yet there is surprisingly quite a lot of evidence in the bible for the existence of two distinct groups of believers.

Where is Tony?
by Athanasius inon february 22, 2023, anthony morris iii was officially removed from the governing body of jehovah's witnesses.
a few months later it was revealed that the watchtower bought him a house in lumberton, north carolina.. however, and correct me if i am wrong, since leaving the gb nobody has reported seeing tony attending jw meetings or participating in field service.
in fact nobody has reported seeing him anywhere, not even at a local liquor store.

I think we are curious about him, because he was so out there with some things that came out of his pie hole. Like, āThe greater the university, the greater the dangerā. And, the āvanish like smokeā video. Also, bottlegate.

What evidence is there for a biblical jesus?
by Touchofgrey inis there any independently verified evidence that a miracle worker called jesus existed and did the things that the bible said he did?.
the four gospels were written by unknown authors many decades after the so called events, so can't be considered as eyewitness accounts.
i think that there may have been a apocalyptic preacher who was executed by the romans and the story evolved from their.

Touch of Grey, I recommend you read āThe Case for Christā, by Lee Strobel. That book should answer your questions.

MAJOR WIN FOR THE WATCHTOWER IN EUROPE ON THE BLOOD ISSUE
by raymond frantz inhttps://youtu.be/xhpnp8xtsk4?si=kq55iap5anhlehgd.
so on the 17th of september the european court of human rights (echr) condemned spain over a case involving a jehovahās witness who was given a blood transfusion during emergency surgery, against her will, this case was well documented earlier last year as a victory for the exjw community and a sign that european countries are turning on the watchtower, unfortunately this was a shortlived victory since the finally authority are no longer countries and their courts but nefarious organizations like the echr that over rule their decisions, and i'm afraid this is the same way is going to go if the victory in norway ends up in strasburg in the hands of the echr.. the case involved an ecuadorian national residing in spain, who was given a transfusion despite her religious objections.
spain found itself in a difficult position when confronted with this case.

Yes, itās almost like someone who is so sick with cancer who wants to just forgo more chemo, and just pass peacefully. If you are a sane adult, you should be able to make those decisions.

It is a good letter, I just skimmed it. However, it will never be read by the ones you want to read it. They donāt care what the rank and file think. Listen, obey, and be blessed. š
Oh, and prepare for your judicial committee.

Wing Commander, I completely agree with you. I brought my daughter to church, toddler through teen. She made lifelong friends there, she THRIVED as a teen, involved with projects and mission trips through the church. She helped with Hurricane Katrina cleanup, and helped build an orphanage in Ecuador. She chose a Christian college to attend, married a Christian man. She is a happy Christian, unburdened with the FOG that I had growing up.
