  Evidence For Impending Change Re: "Loose Conduct" to "Brazen Conduct"

  on another thread discussing possible changes to the nwt, the post refered to a 2nd-hand report of a co leaking possible changes to 5 verses where "loose conduct" would be replaced by "brazen conduct.

  " although it is merely speculative at this point, i would like to remind those of you who did attend the 2012 dc this summer about some important evidence that supports this theory.

  I wouldn't overdo or overplay or as much as you do, DarioKehl - the fall could be a very deep one. There is nothing new to this, and your comments on being df'ed because of coming too late to the meetings - please come down to earth, please don't grind your axe too much, lest it disappears completely.

  List of Branch Offices and Country Offices of Jehovah's Witnesses

  i'm trying to put together a comprehensive master list of watch tower society branch offices that corresponds roughly with the figure published in the worldwide report.. i feel it would be useful to monitor the number and location of existing branch offices, because i believe the distribution of branch offices worldwide is a good indicator of the society's financial wellbeing.

  we now seem to be entering a period of branch office closures, with last year seeing an unprecendented 16% reduction in branch office numbers over the year before.

  it will be interesting to see how things develop moving forward, but i'm hoping that by keeping a list of the offices we will be better placed to keep track of the "retreat" if branch office numbers continue to dwindle.. here we go.... .

  The Scandinavian branch has seven overseers, three Swedish, two Danish and two Norwegians.

  There is no Denmark branch, but there is a Scandinavia branch.

  This Scandinavian branch (which you call Danish but which it is not) also serves Iceland, which you have forgotten.

  the watchtower seems to have lost track of one of their favorite endtime players - the king of.

  how could they let such an important component of their prophecies vanish.. .

  growing up in the 50's and 60's i fully believed the watchtowers scheme for interpreting daniel.. and it was quite believable back then.

  Just a small addition: There is in the literature and in talks mentioned the possibility that Russia or forces within Russia as it is stated, will appear as the infamous King, so the Russian connection has not been completely shelved. (And the Putin-Orthodox connection is a mean one.)

  But as you state, all the way down to the end of the 1980s, it fit oh! so well.

  i know gayle has already started a thread on the latest november 15th watchtower article that mentions the article on donations, but i thought a thread with a more specific title might be in order just to drive the point home for any lurkers.

  i hope gayle doesn't mind!.
