  Wasa, I am so jealous!

  I love Vegas. Where are you going to stay? Doug and I stayed at the Luxor for our honeymoon, it was so cool. All the hotels are beautiful though. *Sigh* I hope you have a great time!

  Now I'll do that for you just before it's time to get on the plane and you'll be fine. Plus, Doug will give you a free hypnosis session to relax you ahead of time...and of course he won't insert any subliminal suggestions about how you should behave once you get there.

  ANYONE TRY HYPNOSIS?

  i'm considering trying hypnosis to help me win my everlasting battle with weight, but naturally i have feelings of guilt because we were told as jws that we cannot use hypnosis....... .

  anyway, has anyone here ever tried hypnosis?

  i would be interested in hearing if it helped you at all.

  Hi Mary,

  I've personally tried hypnosis and found it to very relaxing and effective. You are aware of everything that is going on, and a good hypnotist will take your concerns into consideration, and yes you can have someone sit in with you if that makes you more comfortable. My husband is a certified hypnotist, and he has had great success helping people lose weight, stop smoking, overcome fears...that sort of thing. They don't try to "cure" people with serious health or mental problems, but using the power of your own subconscious to improve yourself is a win win situation. I recommend it!

  sirona is going back into the hospital today for more surgery.

  she will be going under general anesthesia to have more biopsies done.. i know its always scary to "go under.

  " lets send warm thoughts her way and hope for the best with the outcome of the biopsies .. .

  We had a great time and met some great people

  as you may have gathered, we've just returned from our vacation / visiting my dad in canada.

  we all had a great time as we always do (i'll post some pics later).. it was very nice of 'concerned mama' to invite us over for dinner and for her and her daughter to show us the wonders of the west edmonton mall (where we went on a submarine ride!).

  thank you so much for taking the time out for us and for your very generous hospitality - we hope we can repay the favour sometime!.

  our friend alan f. and his wife julie have been on vacation in oregon for a week.

  they took a couple days to visit the oregon coast and rented a beach house in a small town south of cannon beach.

  i drove down from portland yesterday to spend the day with them and their daughter julie and my son abe.

  I knew as soon as I saw the title, since I know your twisted sense of humor, that it would be a game you were talking about.

  As soon as you mentioned that you won...and bragged a little about how good you were, I assumed the game would be something like TWISTER! I can picture you being a damn expert at that one.

  The wine drinking strategy is a good one, I've used it before myself. Then the people have to go on the wagon or something and you have to come up with a new strategy. Since Outnfree already gave you your spanking, I will just give you a and tell you it's good to hear you laughing!
