  sometimes, the gender of a poster is relatively easy to deduce due to their style of posting, and, dare i say it, their choice of vocabulatory.

  but sometimes it is difficult to know if you are "talking" to a man or a woman (or homosexual).

  is it losing family or friends?

  For me it was the feeling that if I didn't go back, I'd be bird food. Yet, something told me that I couldn't go back. Maybe this was my one and only experience with the supernatural. LOL!

  losing the shadow of Jehovah.

  just the other night i was feeling a bit down and when i went to bed i started to pray , then remebered i dont believe in god.

  my whole life i believed there was a supreme being watching over me , who i could talk to and was listening to our prayers.its hard to get rid of that feeling from the back of you mind.

  sometimes,when i do something i think i shouldn't , i start to say a quick prayer but then stop when i realise i'm just talking to myself.

  But I still pray once in a while, not like the hypocrits do at Mc Donalds taking the morning break in the field service over a coffee and apple pie just so that all can see that they have a good relationship with God.

  Good point. This was something the 'hovahs are famous for. Have a loud "spiritual" conversation or prayer in public so others will get a "witness". What a load.

  Tornado hit my brothers home

  my brother and his family are just thankful to be alive!

  sunday night with tornado warnings out through the state of tn.

  about 7:30 that night, my brother went out on the porch to look at the lightning.

  i've been on vacation for the past week.

  i elected to stay home and devote my time to getting several projects accomplished around the house.

  i made myself a solemn vow that come what may, i was absolutely going to get a table built for my patio this week.

  im scared....im trying to think for my self and make my own decisons on the jw religin.but everytime i go to meetings,they scare me with all the armaggendon bull,and makes me feel bad for wanting to date and do"normal things".i mean i want to think for myself,it just seems like they think for you....you have to this and follow that because the wts says so.

  and bullshit to loving and kindness in the congregation could have fooed me!!

  Yes, I imagine that the property is worth a fortune. But, hey the WTS will have to start paying out some massive claims in the future, I believe. They just might sell their property, which would be great for Brooklyn. They ain't getting squat for taxes from the WTS as it is.
