  i finally got my keyboard to communicate with my computer and have recorded my favorite holiday song.

  it's in a streaming audio format and should be ok with most modern audio players.

  i know it works with winamp.

  Back for work Xmas meal...

  just got back earlier tonight from the works christmas meal organised by my colleagues at a local resturant club, they all know my take on xmas, and they were aware this was the first one i'd been, so over the turkey, wine, music and general stuff , they handed me, whilst giving out the usual xmas cards, a stack of cards that i opened that all just said ....dear scott, have a very merry "ordinary day" and a happy jan 1st!!!

  Talking To A Sister.

  this after noon my daughter was talking with a sister and she asked her,"hey sister so&so,...i noticed in some of the publications there are pictures of brothers with signs that say "religion is a snare"....when di we become a religion sister so&so?".

  then sister so&so answered that," being a jehovah witness is a way of life sweety but,the world has branded it a religion.".

  my daughter didn't say anything further, just left it because she knows this sister will think about it in time.. agape,.

  Pillars in the Congregation

  do you know people in your congregation, who seem so strong spiritually, that it seems impossible for them to quit or even slow down?

  i've seen many come and go, but some are like pillars, and nothing seems to slow them down.

  often i wonder, who will be next to get df'd or who will slow down next.

  unless you read books, watch movies, view internet sites and listen to music that are produced by jws in "good standing", you are involved in bad association.

  as a jw, do you associate with "worldly" people?

  then why would you spend hours upon hours listening to their music?
