with all the new changes and "letters" being read at meetings and not posted to the back information, it got me thinking about a large international companies marketing plan to draw new customers and retain them.
having worked directly with them and seeing how they implemented the marketing strategy that helped them build their sales team and revenue, i have to say the similarities are eerily close.
