  The thing that made me think he did it was he talked about his wife in the past tense like she was no longer alive when she first went missing. Laci was this, Laci was that.... He knew she wasn't coming back. He even tried to sell their house w/out her. He sold her car too. All before she was found.

  the internet has only been around for 10 years, yet it has profoundly changed the way we live, work and entertain ourselves.

  particularly for children, they have readily adapted to this technology so much so, that teachers and educators are finding that their traditional based curriculums are leaving kids bored.

  these are the kids who are used to surfing, instant messenging and downloading digital music.

  Actually, you won't have to worry about anything like this. Armageddon is coming any minute now. Its right around the corner. By the time these kids have had a chance to consider their decision, birds will be eating them. If they arn't part of the WTBTS now, they'll be dead for sure.

  so a friend is getting married in vegas on the 22nd, a guy who'e been a good friend for over 10 years now.

  he doesn't expect me to come, but i told him i would if i could find a way to reasonably.

  well, with a three day sale that has tickets for 79 bucks, i guess i can't argue that i can't find a way, lol.

  Shows, night clubs, strip clubs, people watching, golf, shopping, fights. Tons of stuff. If you don't want to gamble on a coin toss, there are other things to gamble on. Hell, you don't even need to gamble, watching people gamble is fun. Go to the bellagio and watch people gamble 20,000 bucks on a single hand of black jack. I get nervous for them!

  I'm a friend of the people in the world, not the world itself. I prefer not to make friends with huge balls of earthen material orbiting the sun. They don't listen too well and never chip in for pizza.

  warning examples for our times was a wt release video that came out a couple of years ago.

  at the times i was given it to watch so i could know the seriousness of my daughter marrying an unbeliever (any of you who have heard my story know she had never become a believer herself, so technically was an unbeliever too, thus not qualified to marry a believer either, but made guilty by association with the jws--catch 22 situation).

  anyway, the video horrified me at the time.

  now, the war is over, the weapons were not used and of course have not been found.. how threatening could they be if they did not even use them when being invaded by a massive force (of the countries they hate)?!

  perhaps, as many suspect, they didn't use them because they didn't have them?.

  now we're being told that we'll have to be patient and give them time to find them.

  Thousands of people die every year from drunk driving accidents. Why don't we worry about that instead. Thats a much more real threat than any of this.

  Its all politics. The politicians come up with some heated subject that they hope the majority of their voters are with and stick to that. More people are being killed in some african countries than in Iraq. Why isn't every up in arms about that?
