Maybe satan has a little spelling problem. He confused JEWS with JWS.
He probably knew the Hebrew language and they didn't use vowles so Jews would be JWs and he added the vowel e to make it Jews.

Why were there only 12 apostles? Why were there priest in Israel? Why prophets and Kings? It seems any group of humans must have leaders to operate, religion is no different. I didn't like being a leader so I quit, it was too demanding for me. God even has archangels in heaven. Don't ask me to explain how a God wants us to operate without leaders of some kind.

I just wonder when we become part of God's spirit world.
And isn’t it by means of the spirit that the flesh itself, which is of no use at all, lives? Indeed, it is!
Sex seems to be the most important activity on earth since without it you or anyone on earth wouldn't be here without it. So by means of spirit my parents had sex and I became flesh of no use at all, unless I produce some other flesh person who becomes spirit infested and then lives.
So it seems the fleshly activity of sex is more important to us humans than the spirit since there wouldn't be any humans without it, unless you think sex is a spirit activity.

Kind of Neat... for me at least.
by RichieRich inso its no surprise to most of the people here, but i stretch my earlobes.. and i just reached sort of a big milestone, for me i guess.. i made it to an inch.. that's 25 mm, for you crazy not americans stuck on the metric system.. and considering the original hole was exactly 1 mm in diameter, i just think its cool i increased the size by 25 times.. now if only i could stretch my bank account.. .

What is your idea of worship?
by journey-on inwhen i was a jw, my idea of worshipping god was to put in at least 10+ hrs.
in fs monthly, attend 5 mtgs per wk, study for those meetings, make back calls (or what is now called rv's), conduct bible studies, have a family study once a week, pioneer when able, go to all the assemblies, etc.
what, if anything, do you consider worship?.

To worship you need a God. I haven't found one yet. There have been thousands of Gods through the years made up by humans and I don't like any of them. Maybe some day if there is one he will let me know if he wants worship or not.

due to the fine examples that you placed before me in the form of elders, co's and do's such as brother brandoxxxx, brother jesse cxxx, brother kevin pxxx and others i was thoroughly convinced that we had the truth.. this led to a sincere desire to please jehovah and his son, jesus.
i devoured every issue of the watchtower magazine and spent many sleepless nights poring over the myriad of 192 publications and teaching aids that constantly streamed off the presses in brooklyn, new york.

I feel about as sorry for the Christain groups as I do for the JWs. They all have some imaginative view of some God who requires every human to believe that he killed his son or himself(depending if you beleive the trinity or not) in order to be able to forgive some fruit eating a few thousand years ago. It doesn't make much sense to me. He talked to humans years ago but quit for some reason and now we have a man made book that claims itself to be inspired. I guess you make your own choice.
