  nope, not to to the board but to stuff i've needed to let go!

  anyone who has dealt with depression and the internal effects of sustained negative emotions will understand this, i think.

  its been a rough year, for many reasons, and i apologize to those whom ive not had the energy and emotional wherewithal to support.

  did anyone else have a hard time deciding who should be bumped this week?

  i thought everyone was wonderful.

  i was so shocked they booted julia d'amato.

  I want Clay to win!!!!!! 2nd is Ruben then Kimberly L.

  Tryence prob has the best female vocals but she annoyes the hell out of me for some reason.

  The other Kimberly is great on stage, she's adorable has a great figure and plays to the crowd, but she's not gonna get it.

  Coreys funny and he's likable but his voice just isn't there.

  Ricky's voice I can't stand, there's like an Arron Nevil Quality to it and it drives me up a wall, I know he prob has a great voice, but I just can't take it.

  I think Carmen s adorable she's the perkiest person, and reminds me of a friend back home, she won't make it, but she needs to go country!!!

  I don't think Josh is really in a postition to be 'American Idol' not only his family but his carreer, I don't see him being able to fulfilll his responsibilities. He has a wonderful voice, but now he's gone country (sad) hehee.

  I thought Juilia was in the top 3 perfomers last week she did a great job, but she'd escaped that place several times. She really took it well, and I think she was by far the prettiest girl up there, had a real presense about her. Her flashdance performance was aweful though=she wasn't into it at all. But I really liked her.

  Hey Babe,

  So glad you enjoyed the book. I loved it. It really helped put into words things that I had experienced or felt and put it all together. I'm not saying I'm a 'follower' or anything but I just really enjoyed the prospective. I really learned a lot about how people interact and though the 'control drama's was fascinating.

  i just had to share this experience.

  thunder and i went shopping at a store called "tuesday morning" for a new bedspread (we wore the other out)lol .

  it's a high end discount place we were looking at bedspreads normally $500.00 etc for around $100.00 all of a sudden on the top shelf he saw one and said "sheila what about this one , it haas snaug" (this is said like it's a german brand or something.

  We went to a grand opening of Robb and Stuckys, it's a furniture store. Well they had some awesome bedspreads all well over $1000.00 on was $3000.00 I was like OMG I could get a jetski for that. It was an amazing store though omg!!!!

  Help! Does the sadness ever go away????

  i see a counselor, i am on medication...but still several times a week a just burst out into tears when i think of my mom, sister, brother (all jw's) who are shunning me.

  i miss them soooo very much.

  it has been 2 years since i left (i also da'd myself).

  Thanks Steve,

  I try to belive that things happen for a reason, helps me to see what the lessons are that can be gained from different situations, even the toughest ones and most painful. I know that in the midst of my pain and suffering I have grown so much. I have learned tolerance and the hard lesson that you can't help everyone or save the world, hard as you want to. Sometimes some people have to learn on their own and you can't force them to 'get a clue' but you have to wait for them to do it on their own, hopefully some will learn soon. (I'm not the most patient person ).

  I hope to use my experice to encourage or help others, that way our pain is not in vain!!!
