Have you ever explain why the Watchtower strongly discourage higher education to non jws?

I have a woman in my building who is a JW for 30 or more years.

I only know her casually, not a friendly type at all,

cold and distant until she thinks you might be a potential

'study' I told her one day I knew all about JW's.

Peaked her interest. She asked how and

I said I lived with a JW (true) did not tell her I was

also and ex - pioneer. Witheld that info.

Then I asked her about several dubious doctrines

and dates that went wrong, she got all upset,

and then I asked her about Education ,

she got all excited and denied emphatically,

that the WT ever discourages college education.

She just lied. Which is typical of JW's.

Deception is a learned skill in the "organization"

I didn't reveal my full past to her, because to do so

would have blocked any further communication.

Was that deception ? probably so. Still, it is the tactic

of the JW to lure people in by talking about peace on earth

and denying any false teaching that their victims become aware of.

the ice field is the smallest it has been since the last ice age.. peruvians rely on the water from the glaciers, which will be reduced by 50% in their lifetime.

hy guys the other day my wife had a discussion with her jws brother and he told her that he received all posted material from this site posted by myself and was disgusted with the information.

now that's all fine by me but what i am pissed about is that some one in here from sydney australia is a mole and pretends to be an ex jws while all the while exposing each and every one he knows as in my case.

you are one big coward and one who hides behind a skirt a yellow and a chicken shit whom doesn't have the balls to face me in person because you obviously know who i am.

Say what ? This place is full of moles dude. And we have a moderator who

was never, ever, a Jehovah's Wittness and is in charge of taking down threads.

I doubt the moderator ever read a bible or has any idea what most people are

talking about and has never read a WT or book or knows anything about

the common experiences of every day jws' and their children and what its actually

like on the inside. Then you have a whole pack of elders here who are going to

to meetings and out in service and hanging out with apostates in their spare time.

This place be crazy dude. And women posing as men and vice versa.

Breakfast can be yogurt, fresh fruit, nuts, granola, or even eggs and whole grain toast

and cooked cereal, do not buy anything with added chemicals,

Read all the labels on everything.

Simple, protein can come from the peanut butter sandwich.

Soups, made with tofu, chicken, vegtables, pasta.

You can get roast chickens at Safeway or Vons, and fresh vegtables

anywhere. Keep it simple.

Bake some date squares with dates and oatmeal and whole

wheat flour and real butter NO margarine.

Natural fats, from nuts, oils, fish, and butter.

SEA salt, its "saltier" and you need less.

And it is from the Sea not a laboratory.

Stay away from Coca Cola, Pepsi, and all soft Drinks,

which contain sodium and the carbonation disolves bone and teeth.

Coconut oil is good, also coconuts fresh with the juice/water. Peanut butter is not

a bad suggestion, walnuts, raw, even better, olive oil, fish-oil, salmon, salmon fresh,

salmon loaf, salmon sandwiches, salmon poached.

Keep her away from all "conventional" North American food,

NO processed, boxed, most canned, pre-packaged, stick to basic

fresh vegtables and fresh fruit, brown rice, whole grain, really dense,

really whole grain, bread, with no preservatives at all.

YES to nuts, seeds, almonds, tomatoe based pasta sauce.

No beef, no pork, no sausages, no perserved meats,

no luncheon meats, no hotdogs, no ham, no hamburgers.

nothing with nitrates or sulfates, including shampoo and

body wash which contain sodium laureth sulfates.

NO SODA POP. No aluminum cookware. No coated cookware.

Use stainless steel cookware. The others emit toxic fumes and

chemicals into food.

the Watchtower. It is not INCLUSIVE of the other 2 Billion Christians

on earth, it exists only to rant against the WT.

T hey idea we could fellowship with everyday

run of the mill local churches is unthinkable because

of Watchtower indoctrination. Ex-JW's are afraid.

How about helping ex -JW's grasp the concept that there is a

worldwide spiritual nation that is determined, internally, by holy spirit,

by Jesus not any "organization". We thought we knew it all

and now we know we know nothing - the beginning of wisdom.

So many become alienated and isolated,and this is the

side effect the WT doctrines produce in them.

So to leave the Watchtower is to leave any hope of spiritual fellowship.

This is the suffering I am beginning to realize is what keeps

people "stuck"

Being anti-watchtower is not being connected to the broader Christian community.

Knowing the WT is not who they say they are and that the governing body

is not the "sole channel of communication between mankind and God"

Is only a beginning, not the end.

Many here still believe the doctrines of the WT "classes".

They believe the doctrines strongly while at the same time raging against the WT.

The still think they cannot be 'anointed' or this would be a "class" change from earth to heaven.

So they think they can be in union with Jesus and NOT part of the body of Christ.

This shift is frightening to them. They cannot grasp the concept,

that there is a worldwide spiritual nation , people in many different churches, everywhere,

The body of Chist is determined by Jesus, individually, not any ONE organization.

They idea they could fellowship with everyday run of the mill local churches is unthinkable

to them so they are alienated and isolated,and this is the side effect

the WT doctrines of "classes" produce in them.

So to leave the Watchtower is to leave any hope of spiritual fellowship.
