The Hyena - Testament to a Grand Creator! No, wait....
by PopeOfEruke inwhat a masterful example of jehovahs's loving kindness and wisdom is the hyena.. most carefully jehovah designed the birth canal of the female hyena to abruptly do a 140 degree turn just before the normal place of exit for the birth canal and change direction back to the head of the mother.
the birth canal then ends in what is generally referred to as a female pseudo-penis, a narrow tube exiting the body exactly where the male penis does.. .
when the young hyena mother first gives birth, most times the young get stuck around the bend or lower down in the tight "penis", where they suffocate and die.

by truthseeker incontinue following me john 21:19. much of the program was similar to the previous two days.
the fact that jesus has appeared in almost every talk title suggests that the society is once again morphing its tactics to persuade more persons that they arent an old testament cult but an alternative christian denomination.. i repeat my previous assertion that there is a manipulative intelligence at work here.
no ordinary person could possible have such foresight and such knowledge of human behavior to think and write the things these watchtower writers do.

I agree with Jgnat: I don't see any signs of higher intelligence at JW headquarters. I used to have the opposite opinion just after I left the JWs and started learning about their lies and tactics. For example I used to be impressed with JW publications, only to realize that there are very good authors out there who, without much extra support, write very large tomes and makes much more sense.
I think that what the WT writers - and those who prepare the program do - is to use common sense and, because they themselves have been indoctrinated for so long, they use this experience to indoctrinate others. They know what works better to achieve short term results.

I have been able to see the video. Elsewhere may not have the right plug-in.
The video is incredible, but unfortunately I am not able to comment on how economically viable his invention would be. It just surprises me that no one else has thought about it...

i had the pleasure of having to go all three days -- yes it was boring.

Oh man, they're getting innovative with names, huh? It used to be only "Assembly Hall of Jehovah's Witness". I wonder when they're gonna start calling a Kingdom Hall a Christian House of Worship to give the impression they're mainstream.

I think the subject is very interesting. I am for the legalization of prostitution, but as with others here, I don't think this will solve all the men's problems.
I just think that if you are hungry and steal bread, you will survive for one more day and give yourself an opportunity to solve the real problem. -

The Great Tribulation is picking up speed!!!!!!!!!!!!

i just read that atleast 3 types of animal and plant life go extinct every hour.
global warming threatens the entire planet, crimes against women and children are at a all time high, honeybees dying off for unexplained reasons, the threat of nuclear war, the ravage of infectious disease.

Watching "Knocking" Now, Sunday Night, on WGBH Boston...Some thoughts...

the witnesses come across as a really odd fundamentalist religion.
they are called fundamentalists several times in the film, and certainly seem quite unappealing.. it's not a film that favors jws.
