  i was going to post this tonight anyway.

  when i logged onto the board this evening, i saw the "i was about to be fired" thread and thought "oh great"!!.

  tomorrow, my company (obviously i can't mention the name) is cutting 500 jobs.

  sometimes, the gender of a poster is relatively easy to deduce due to their style of posting, and, dare i say it, their choice of vocabulatory.

  but sometimes it is difficult to know if you are "talking" to a man or a woman (or homosexual).

  i am a 36 year old father of 2 girls putting himself through night school to get a college degree.

  in my current sociology class we have to do a paper in an interview style of a culture, subculture or group that we know nothing about and are interested in.

  I quit smoking!

  i have smoked cigarettes since i was 12 years old, a pack a day for 16 years.

  i have not had a cigarette since friday night and it is monday!

  i am craving a smoke but i am not going to have one because i don"t smoke anymore!
