<<<< Child of the 80's here.
My Gawd......I remember the endless, mind-numbing speculation at every home bible study as to whom this was, when it was to happen, etc......thru countless books of the WatchTower Rainbow book series, which all went along with Fred Franz's "types and anti-types" made-up bullshit.
It was waste of my youth then, and it's a waste of my adult time now.
"No one knows the day or the hour, not even the Son, but only the Father."
BOOM. Done. That 1 verse puts it all to bed. It'll be over when it's over.
This verse really sums up the WatchTower cult to a "T":
Ecclesiastes 12:12-14 KJV. And further, by these, my son, be admonished: of making many books there is no end; and much study is a weariness of the flesh.
The ENDLESS study of WatchTower literature is 1000% "Weariness of the flesh."

Is Jesus a Created Being? Debate with a Pastor
by raymond frantz inhttps://youtu.be/ro6q_osgkns?si=hyxualluhruwvjnb.
—colossians 1:15 from the nwt says it plain as day: “he is the image of the invisible god, the firstborn of all creation.” that’s not vague; it’s got a punch.
“firstborn” and “creation” sit side by side, and in greek, that second word is “ktisis,” which means the physical stuff—trees, stars, you name it.

Yeah, that other thread stated that YouTuber "Owen Morgan (Telltale) has 400,000 subs, or roughly 4X the number El Chins has.
Ouch! That's gotta hurt.
Talk about circling the bowl....................lol

Thx for the review that "reads between the lines."
As usual, WT HQ is completely re-active instead of pro-active. Everything mentioned is due to problems WT HQ has already had filtered up thru to them by the middle-managers, the CO's.
This reads like a corporate kick in the ass disguised as a pep-talk, because it is! Does it resemble even remotely anything a 1st Century Christian would write concerning spirituality, or does it instead resemble what some corporate conglomerate who oversees a real estate and multimedia MLM scheme would send out?
What a farce this all is. I'm shocked more Elduhzzz don't wake up simply from reading thru these corporate beat-downs.
As usual, WT HQ's Corporate Motto's continue to be:
"The beatings will continue, until morale improves."
AND
"Give until it hurts, then give some more!"
Agape,
Your Gluttonous Bozo OverLords

Truly, we are "witnessing" LadyBoi Evans wailing and gnashing of teeth as his end draws nearer. The end of his grift and free ride, that is! Who's going to continue to pay to see this man deteriorate into a blob of shit? Well, some might for the comedic relief and cause they like to watch train wrecks in slow motion. lol But other than that?
Too bad! Too bad!

JW version of Airbnb?
by FFGhost inhey, has anybody else noticed this?.
https://brotravels.com.
seems to be, as my title indicates, an “airbnb” service for active jws.. nothing on the site explicitly limits users or listers to being active jws but given the name of the website and the high number of listings proclaiming their proximity to “bethel” and/or “world headquarters” it certainly seems all but certain.. the number of basic typos, misspellings, and just general awkwardness of phrasing makes me wonder if it is run by non-us jws or at least jws for whom english is not their first language.. the dates in the reviews seem to indicate the website has been around for the past couple of years, though today is the first i heard of it.. they also have a couple of tours listed, for paris and “bible lands”.. maybe it’s just me, but i get a kind of icky, weird vibe from the website.

Know what's crazy about International Conventions? No disabled/handicapped people are invited! WT HQ sees them as a potential liability and inconvenience. Same thing can be said about any of the Bethels, or WT HQ. What do I mean? Well, when have you EVER seen someone at WT HQ in a wheelchair? Missing an arm or leg? Blind?
In WatchTower Land, those people are "undesirable" and can't be "used" to their full potential. In fact, you better not get sick or ill at WT HQ, because they'll bounce your sorry ass right at the door so fast your head will spin.
Such is their "Christian Love."

This really isn't anything new up around Warwick. Similar has been going on as along as WatchTower had The Farms even. People in the area would set up local touring companies, motels, etc to cater specifically to JW's visiting the area. It's just gotten a lot bigger since WT HQ was built and the internet has made it easier to advertise and book things. I agree, it's cringe as fuq and gag-inducing though.

This is an absolutely CLASSIC SNL sketch that was brilliantly made to imitate a Scientology publicity video from the very late 80's / early 90's. I mean they got it down to a "T", but with all of the good "digs" at just how crazy Scientology is.
Imagine what SNL could do with crazy, wild-eyed Stephen Lett calling babies, "Little enemies of Gawd?"
