soviet communism was built around a doctrine called "marxism".

a utopian doctrine which came to be applied in a totalistic manner.

Activists vs rationalists

as humans our brain works in ways that make us tend to generalize and categorize things, including the types of people.

being as i am half human (the other three quarters are pure ass...) i do the same.

from my observations i see 3 types of people on this board: the activiststhe rationaliststhe rest of us (rest-of-us (tm)).

i am new to visiting this sight and i share a common experience with most here; but i am not familiar with the personalities or prejudices of individual posters.. i have found several threads to be thought provoking but have also observed some hostility here.i don't want to offend anybody by using trigger words that can result in war battles,but i am curious about how the word conspiracy is defined by this board.

is it the dictionary definition of the word that should be understood when reading or writing about it; or is there another meaning that should be understood?.

i stopped myself from making a comment about it on kenneson's thread because i did not want to irritate anyone by my thoughts.. .

on the weekend was the 13th annual protest at this military training school at fort benning, ga. approximately 6,500 demonstrated the killings of 6 jesuit priests in el salvador in 1989, by soldiers who had trained there.

more than 90 people were arrested, including 6 nuns, for entering on base property.

the army's school of the americas has been renamed since last year to the western hemisphere insitute for security cooperation.
