  Are they either leaving or going full on 'cult mode'? No quarter.

  it might just be me imagining things.. i hear things from my jw spies.. from all that's being said, it seems to me that the rank and file(tm), are either waking up to the scam and fading/leaving.

  they are going full on 'cult mode' and acting like 'spiritual police'.. is it just me and my imagination?

  have others noticed this?.

  Just realized they changed maybe the most important scripture in the bible.

  i just read the scripture then went and checked in thier older bible and it read the same so i check the greek interlinear and yes they changed john 3:16 .

  the verse reads "all who believe in him should not perish but have everlasting life" the cult version says "exercising faith in him might not be destroyed but have everlasting life".. so not only do they say one must exercise faith meaning having to work for it but also they changed should not perish but having everlasting life to might not be destroyed again making a caveat where one does not exist.

  just to add to the point verse 18 in both bibles says the one having faith is not judged, totally blowing up thier version of 16 but of course they change 18 to say exercising faith too but it makes little difference, since it says not judged.

  Not suggesting you bash the bible maybe just use the interlinear to show how they changed a lot of it in thier bible. As far as talks all the videos are on YouTube so you can review them and pick out one that best suits you. The video about the boy being told not to go to higher learning to be better at playing the violin maybe a good one. Easy to pick apart all the crap in that one.

  Phats just use the bible and concentrate on the love parts and all who believe in Christ are saved. There a ton of scriptures stating that if you believe or just support Christians your saved and even gods sons. Show also all the parts about how it's all about love with Jesus and to even love your enemies.

  I think if this can be shown this will go along way. People in general don't want to think of thier fellow man in the negative light the cult put them in.

  Another brother steps back

  so at the meeting this week it was announced that a certain brother was no longer serving as a ministerial servant.. this is a guy who was brought up in a different country as his family went to serve where the need was greater.

  this is a guy who was home schooled and went straight into pioneering.

  he then went and worked on building projects in various places in europe and africa.

  we are going to examine the cataclysmic changeover in christian teaching exploding inside the watchtower religion in the early 50’s by exploring a background of the history of jesus’ place in christianity.

  jw teaching about the nature of jesus’ importance in the salvation of mankind will be compared with christian history.

  Early Christianity was about the worship of a new God Christ. Even the New Testament was about establishing this new God and it even says he was elevated to god like status with the highest of names. The Angels also did an act of worship to him etc.. Later the trinity doctrine was established melding the son God with the father God, this was not uncommon for father and son were considered much the same in culture and in pagan pantheons often times the new God took the powers of the older God.

  So when Christians today elevated Jesus and people worship him that's exactly what Christianity was meant to do. New God new religion.

  i think the reason the borg really went on a cost cutting move and is selling off all thier buildings has become obvious.

  the cult is telling people that there fast growing but then the numbers seem to indicate about a 1% growth rate.

  this would give them roughly 800,000 new baptized ones in ten years give or take do to the small increase per year from previous gains.

The cult is telling people that there fast growing but then the numbers seem to indicate about a 1% growth rate. This would give them roughly 800,000 new baptized ones in ten years give or take do to the small increase per year from previous gains. Then on the other hand at least 250,000 are leaving, dying or being dfd. This gives us a total of 2.5 million that's 1,700,000 in the negative.

  I know this has been talked about before but it's always nice to hear some good news!! There loosing 2 million per decade. How long can that's last.
