i'm a deskside support guy working for a service company, at one of their contracts.
i enjoy fixing things, although some of the customers could use a good knock on the skull sometimes.. i make pretty decent money for what i am doing.. for me, it's what i've wanted to do my whole life.
i had a computer from the time i was born, and love it since then.. what do you guys do to bring home the bacon?.

i read your profile and you sound very familier to me, as well as your user name.
did you ever live in texas?
my family lived next door to a family with that familier name.

as witnesses, we were admonished to never look at horoscopes because they are demonic.
many jw's that i knew of would not even look at a fortune cookie because they could be "demonized".
i read my gemini everyday.
There are only two kinds of people in the world.
Taurus' and people that want to be Taurus'
LOL! Another Taurus, May 20
And you are absolutely right! hehe
it's a saturday night, what music are you all listening to?
for some reason, i'm in a disco mood.
i got alicia bridges "i love the night life".
Dave Matthews Band. Depending on how late I stay up, James Taylor
i have been with the board now for a few months now, mostly lurking and posting occaisionally and i love the support and even the opposition that everyone has shown here.
i know that most newbies do post their "story", and even tho i'm not technically a newbie here anymore, i would like you all that i meet in chat & on the board to know a bit more about me and my jw background.
this could be a long post but thanks for taking the time to read it !
Dottie,
Thank you for sharing your story. I have enjoyed chatting with you; you are very warm & kind. Sharing with us the things you are studying has been delightful! My very best wishes to you & in your career. You will be fabulous!
Take care always

this is an email received today.
what do you make of it?
a bit dodgy or what!
A definite "dodge"!!!!!!. I received one very, very similer in wording, but different circumstances. It seems my personal bank account was needed to hold "defense" funds of a particular country. Can you believe it?! JMHO, hit "delete".
i got up at 6am and took alex to the airport:(, then i went home and jumped online looking for lawyers.
i found 186 in dallas that deal with custody.
i called about 12 and left messages.
Yeaaaa! Wonderful news! I'm very happy for you and your family.
just stopped by to let you know that we now have grandchild #4, two weeks early.
our second grandson, nicholas keith, born jan. 10th in lexington, kentucky, at 12:44pm, weighing 7 lbs.
15oz., and 21 inches, with very light brown hair.. needless to say, we can't wait to see him!
Congratulations! How exciting!
to trust or not too trust; that is my question.
i have a very big problem with trust.
for the love of god who?
I think its better not to. I will eventually learn.
with all the talking about visiting inactive ones, i wonder how many inactive people have not been visited yet?
if you weren't visited yet, could it be because they df'd you, and you don't know about it?
I haven't been contacted. I did not DA nor will I. Maybe I am DF and don't know it. They didn't care then and I have no reason to believe they do now. And neither do I.
