  Thats cool Thunder, I fully understand that. I thought this statement of yours strange though:

  I am glad your situation works for you. I wonder though, with society placing so much importance on looks and sex. What special bond will hold your relationship together when the looks are gone and the sexual fires diminish.

  You see our relationship Is NOT based on sex, thats the whole point, in fact I would say that your relationship would be more based on sex than mine and i wonder, What special bond will hold your relationship together when the looks are gone and the sexual fires diminish.

  Our relationship is not at all BASED on sex (although we do enjoy many special encounters) we are to a point in our relationship where it goes well and truly above and beyond sex, it is more spiritual and nurturing, than base and material. It is impossible to explain to someone who has not been there I guess.

  This exactly describes my marriage, Thunder, we are very lucky are we not? My partner and I have recently decided to have an open relationship based on the above statement and not based on selfish desires, we are happier and closer and more in love than ever. Most people can't understand how this can be, but it is based on pure trust, knowing we will always be the others soft place to fall and total commitment to each other based on true love and respect. Sex is just a simple pleasure like eating or drinking good wine. Petty jealousy does not exist for us. Interdependance rather than independance or dependance.Wierd huh? Dont know how this came about, but it works for us!

  Blackout is a typo, it was supposed to be backout, I was going to change it but the profile edit was down then when it was back on I wasn't able to change it anymore. (There used to be a feature where you could change your name once.) It is self explainitory, I am back out of the org. boring.

  I think there IS no conclusion, we continue to learn and so each conclusion we make is superceded by a new learning curve. Also there is no end, the universe is infinite, though made up of finite parts. So we continue.

  can Satan read your mind?

  i talked to my brother today who is still a practicing jw (i've managed to fade) .

  we were talking and suddenly he asked me if i thought satan could read my mind.

  and he said "yeah i though the answer was yes and then i found out that satan cant read my mind".

  Can Satan hear everything, every person in the world is saying at once? Can he then dispatch demons here, there and everywhere to cover every possibility? How many demons are there anyway? Do the demons hear everything then telepathically send it back to Satan? If they have telepathy why cant they read our minds? Are we mentally stronger? Or do they teleport back and forth across the earth, if so why can't they also use telepathy?

  Fancois, you sound like a reader after mine own heart.

  Power of one is by Brye Courtney.

  I absolutely love Wilbur Smiths series on the Courtney family and Centaine De Thiry in South Africa and Nelson Mandela. Also love the Egyptian series with Taita,The seventh Scroll, River God, Warlock, was there another one?

  Dont think Ive read Jack Whyte but have read a lot of Arthur stuff so will have a look.

  Corporate Corruption (major vent!)

  some of you know the work issues i went through last year.

  i worked at a company that was pretty new (a dot com) but owned by two huge corporations that will never run out of money.

  anyways, the two men i worked with were the biggest backstabbing, unethical people i've ever met.

  What a bummer, If you like PM me with your email address and we can chat about starting a small business. If you start it part time while you do other work, that is usually the best then slowly build it up. I have started two small businesses from scratch and can give you lots of info, good books to read, pitfalls to avoid, tips on doing a business plan, swot analysis etc. Happy to be a mentor for someone, I have a few good mentors myself and they have helped no end!
