My Music is Up Again
by Farkel ini know this part of jw.com is about 'friends" and i also know that i don't have any, or very few of them.
the friends i do have are awesome, and the friends i don't have don't know what they are missing!.
that being said, several human beings have asked me to provide them access to some of the music i have recorded in the last few years.. since i happen to be working on a website that i can get access to, i uploaded some of my stuff there.

Yes I was asked the same questions from the elders after I was raped. They needed to determine whether it was rape or not. I guess the fact that guy was arrested and charged with rape wasn't enough proof for them.

I turned 30 today! AAHHH!
by Fleshybirdfodder init will be only the second birthday i've ever celebrated.
as expected i didn't get a call or email from my mother, but i am having friends and family over tonight to do some karaoke and have some drinks.
i'm looking forward to the next decade, my twenties were difficult leaving the cult, very few highlights other than meeting my wife and reconnecting with my non dub family.

Can It Get Any Worse????

i have had the worse 3 months ever!!!.
my husband may be losing his job within the next year.

Thanks for the replies and hugs. I know it'll get better and I keep reminding myself that my problems are small and piddly compared to what other people are going through. I'm feeling a better today, it's Friday and I have the weekend to just chill out.
The police gave my husband an agressive driving ticket because he was driving too fast, driving too close to the people in front of him & changing lanes too much. *shrug* He just wanted to get home!!!!

I know most people have way worse problems then me but I just need to vent. I have had the worse 3 months ever!!!
My husband may be losing his job within the next year. One of our cars was rear ended and damaged last month. We ordered a calculator for my husbands college classes off ebay that showed up broken. We returned it and had to buy a new one that cost us $120.00. At the same time we ordered a college Statistics book on ebay and it never showed up. So I drove 45 miles out of my way and paid $130.00 at the college for a new book only to return home that night and find that the other book had shown up. (Now my husband is 3 weeks behind in one of his classes). So Monday, my husband drives back to the college to return the new book and they won't take it back. Then on his way home he gets a $500.00 aggressive driving ticket.
Then yesterday,He ran my car into a big curb and damaged the front bumper enough that it needs to replaced. Cost: $703.00.
About 5 minutes ago my husband emailed me informing me he received a parking ticket today.
And I just found out that I need a root canal.
Will it ever end??????

It's official... Richland, Washington... here we come!
by Bryan inwe finally made the decision last night... though we will miss our ex's in texas... we are headed to washington.. for those who are not familiar with washington, richland is not green and wet like the seattle area, but more like an arid dessert.
the are does have some of the best school averages in the country.. we'll be there next month.
any kingdom halls there?.

Princess' Polar Bear Swim
by Mulan inshe will probably kill me for posting these photos, but i can't resist.. last thursday, our rachel (princess here) and one of her friends decided to dive into a local lake and do a polar bear swim, despite the fact that the temperature was in the teens and there was fresh snow from the night before.. here are a few photos.
you can see the snow on the ground and notice everyone else is bundled up.. .

Snow .................again.
by Mulan init snowed here at the end of december and i said then that it usually doesn't snow here in the seattle area until january or february.. well.............they predicted a big snowstorm last night, and it didn't happen, but it's snowing now, really hard.
not sure if it will last long, because the weather forecasters can't seem to predict much correctly, other than rain and wind.. i was hoping to take pictures but it's dark, so will have to wait until morning.
a cold front is supposedly going to last awhile here, so the snow should be around for a few days this time..
