There's something wrong with it when you want to make money off of your documentries like I do.
Digital cameras and video software are expensive!

1st goal to tampa bay on the power play.. anyone care to venture a guess?
who will win??.
The hockey gods have failed us again. Now who's up for lynching Bettman for this anomalie?
a c.o in one of his friday night talks noticed when he was invited for meals at the brothers and sisters homes that everyone has their chairs and sofa's pointed at the direction of the television set and asked why do people do that.
then he went on to strongly suggest that everyone change this and either have their furniture pointed somewhere else or get rid of the television.
what a total moron!!
"Don't tell me anything about the church fathers, all I need to know about religion is here in the bible!"

products that used the abnormally strong fibers from Hemp plants.
The American production of hemp was encouraged in the 17th century to support the
different changes in supply and demand of cotton. In 1619 the Virginia Assembly passed
legislation requiring every farmer to grow hemp. Hemp was allowed to be exchanged as legal
tender in Pennsylvania, Virginia, and Maryland. Domestic production flourished until after
the Civil War, when imports and other domestic materials replaced hemp for many purposes.
In the late nineteenth century, marijuana became a popular ingredient in many medicinal
products and was sold openly in public pharmacies. In 1906, The Pure Food and Drug Act
This is a red herring. Hemp and marijuana are 2 different plants. One lacks the abundant amounts of THC, the other, well, I don't have to tell you.
As for legalizing weed, it's retarded, but making it illegal is unconstitutional. After abusing drugs and alcohol and being stuck with the speach impediments, severe depression and memory loss associated with those chemichals, I can't see why anybody would want to do it in the first place. Just make sure you're not using government healthcare while doing your drugs. I don't want to have to pay for your self abuse.

Well, the part of him that makes documentries. I'm not so sure about becoming overweight and neo-communist.
On a bikeride today, I was thinking how I could make a documentry about the dubs. The only things that are halting that idea right now are that I need a new camera,a site to host the movie and I also need to have a cameraman. I was thinking that if I made the movie, I can have my costs offset by selling the movie to somebody like John Enroth or some other anti-cult specialist. I also need volunteers to appear in my movie, preferably from Minnesota.
Other than that, I have the formula for the documentry (UN Scandal, False Prophecies, Cultic Behavior.)
Has anybody done that before on this board or elsewhere?
.
now that i am no longer a jw, i can associate, and celebrate holidays and other family traditions with my non-jw relatives.
however i am sometimes bitter because i missed so many experiences as a child with my relatives that they seem almost like strangers rather than relatives.. does anyone else feel this way, and how have you bridged the gap?
My "Worldly" relatives may as well be dubs. They're also fundimentalist Christians, and what's worse, they've bought into the borg's idea of how they're the closest thing to Christianity that it would ever become.
I remember something Sass told me when we still were both dubs. You can pick your friends, you can pick your nose, but you can't pick your family.
frequently, the watchtower will quote church fathers to try to justify its cult-like version of christianity.
a typical.
example is a recent watchtower that cites tertullian as evidence that christians did not eat blood ( june 15, pg 29).. .
Wasn't Tertullian the same guy that also had a part in creating Bible cannon with other religious whackjobs?
well lets look at the other side.
kerry said he voted for the war just before he voted against it, and acted like this was a smart statment.
huh
We can't have progress happen too fast now, can we? The 2 party idea has proven an effective way to keep things as they are. Neither "side" does much good and they leave social problems for religion to try to fix. I hate to be a negative complainer, but from where I stand, the US needs to wake up to reality or it could potentially face an embarrassing decline. The question is when will they see that focusing on money & power at the expense of everything else is not going to work in the long run?
Stop complaining and vote 3rd party. It's time we give a 3rd party some power.

Kerry may not be the best choice, but Bush's theocratic agenda is downright scary (anyone watch "The Jesus Factor"?). After dealing with the governing body of Jehovah's Witnesses, I am very, very wary of anyone who claims that God has sent them on a mission. Not to mention very, very wary of anyone who proposes an amendment that denies anyone their civil liberties.
If you really thought anybody's Theocratic agenda is scary, just look at the Jesus freak and look at our enemy. His brand of Christianity is benign vs the Islamist agenda. I'm not a fan of his Religion nor of his references to religion (Which only means he believes in something that's different from me, doesn't make him evil or wicked, just makes him different.), but his idea of "The Almighty" is alot different from the Islamist idea of the "Almighty".
And BTW, his Christian agenda is nothing like the JW's Christian agenda. He actually wants to help people using Christianity. Granted, it won't work, but it's still, nothing like the JW's idea of Christianity.
it may be a cheesy movie.
but ?the day after tomorrow?
has a message for president george w. bush.
Fox is a conglomarate that owns many media outlets. Even if Rupert's right wing, the outlet may not be right wing, and they'll push something under his nose that he doesn't know about.
