the good thing about that "appointed" government is that it's not legal, according to the seperation clause in the 1rst amendment.
So all we have to do is move into that town, set up a town charter and make JWism illegal. Of course, it will conflict with second part of the first amendment.

And if that said town ever existed, what prevents a person from moving into that town, running for mayor, brining up a referendum to ban the JW religion and have it succed by a solitary vote?
