Many years ago I started talking to the jewish community. And a part of my heritage, I have jewish blood flowing through me, also. But that's not importanbt at the moment..what is, is that do the jews believe as a christian?.... Well for one thing, the only thing that seperates us is the idenity of who is the Messiah. That's quite clear. So over the years I've known those who became believers, yet many witnesses, mormons, and so forth insist that they don't believe in a trinity. That's always a good question. Since the early days of the watchtower has flipped and flooped over the issue more times then me changing my cigarette brand. Christ gave up His blood to allow us, sinners, to live. As for the issue of blood scripture does tell us to drain all animals of blood before we consume the animal. Saving lives.......consider a few things....It has been reported that families of JWs would rather let their children die, before they have a transfuction. Then consider this......with so much confusion on the blood issue don't all you think that a God like Jehovah can forgive these sins? And believe it or not......no one and I mean no one can do Jehovah favors. It's He that is doing all of us favors to allow us to live, in sin, in His world. So...you want to know the Truth.....ok.....everything in this universe belongs to Jehovah.....HE created it.......that would make it His. PEACE

How do I get this person off my back??

after years of silence (and hence peace) someone from my jw days has decided to track me down in the hopes of "catching up.

" now she knows where my new house is, and more than likely my phone number as well (makes me grateful for caller id.

) this jw did something to me when i was in high school that i will never, ever forgive her for; what's more, i don't even like her as a person - she's overbearing, egotistical and can be smothering at times.

Something I Have To Tell The Board

i got a phone call today from one of my former lovers.

she told me that she was with a man that was close to death, because he caught hiv and he didn't tell her.

anyways, i'm about to get tested tomorrow, april 1. pray that i test negative.

Hummmm..in other words I should marry a JW that's approved by the society?..Now that's a scarry thought. Indepentant thought???? So on other words only do what thwe society teaches?....Jehovah not only gave us free will, but a mind to use. Get real, folks. Use your brains that God gave us. If God wanted robots He would have given no free will nor a mind, no indepentant thought, and we wouldn't need to procreate.

i have not read the other posts yet.

i'm assuming, before reading, that this an anti-jehovah's witness site.

i would just like to make a couple of points, and would be interested in responses to them.

Mystified.....you make a valid point. But that point begs the question...who's name shall be hated? Jesus told us in Matthew that we would be hated for His name sake(Jesus).

Now the watchtower argues that the nations shall hate those who serve and worship Jehovah. Now I can agree, but on only one point. If the nations see that Jehovah is the incarnate Jesus Christ. Other wise it's fruitless and has no foundation.
