Michael Jackson sobs on TV because he didn't have a "normal childhood"... he could have quit as soon as he left home - he's had years and years (longer than a "normal childhood") to make up for any playing he missed out on through his career.
I think he's a pedophile - though I hope I'm wrong.

I hope you never have to learn what a huge mistake you are making.
You're giving up what many people have had to endure a lot of JW hassles in order to have - freedom. -

I still don't understand WHY the greatest event of the resurrection is overlooked and not even spoken about on that day!
I *never* realised that before! Seriously.... wow. Will have to ask my mum what she thinks about that - what is the JW reasoning for this?
I'm also going to be asking mum to pay attention to how long is spent talking specifically about Jesus and how long is spent talking about not partaking. She already believes Jesus is her Mediator and accepts the WT is wrong, so maybe she'll have a little bit of an open mind... -

Study conductor claims the "WTS is not the FDS"...and other JW affirmations
by M.J. ini am currently following the ongoing saga of a person who is studying to be a jw and her unbelieving husband's attempts to sway her in this endeavor.
he has gotten her to read cofc and she's halfway through it, but nonetheless, she remains bound to the jws and wants to continue her persuit.
he has tried to call into question that the wts could have been appointed by jesus as the "faithful, discreet slave", but the person she is studying with flat out told her that jws do not believe that jesus chose the wts as the fds and, that they don't believe that they are the one chosen religion/church.

The study conductor is lying (using theocratic warfare...) to try and stop any possibility of the lady doubting - see also "No, we don't shun."
Can the lady be shown in recent publications that they *do* believe it? Would also be a good time to introduce the ridiculousness of "New Light" in a God-led org. -

Though we have much respect for Ronald Reagan we are not naming her after him. That is partially why I wanted to spell it differently so people don't think she was named after Ronald Reagan.
But it doesn't matter how it's spelled when you say it aloud - people who hear the name will still hear "Reagan".
Like Sunspot said - what about Regan? Though some people will mispronounce it "Reagan"...
Do you gals/guys think she would be teased if her name is Reagan Brooke as was indicated above? Ragin' Brook?
Oh yeah... possibly. Even if not teased it'll seem like you intentionally did it for a gimmick... Actually I think it's quite cool. :)
Brooke Reagan? How would that go with her surname? -

It would be too easy for teachers and other people to mispronounce "Reghan" as "Reggan".
"Reese" = Rhys = a boy's name. (Reese Witherspoon is actually named Laura.)
My first name is an "unusual" spelling - I have to correct everything with my name on it, and always have. Not to mention it was impossible to get personalised mugs, stickers, bears, all sorts of minor irritations like that. And also looks like my mum didn't know how to spell my name!
So I vote for Reagan Brooke. :) :) People will think you named her after Ronald Reagan though - are you? -
