  Is it appropriate for a stranger to comment on a woman's bruises?

  if you saw a woman in public, and said woman was a complete stranger to you, would you feel it's appropriate to discuss it with her (if you're concerned she is in an abusive relationship)?

  if you did, would it be appropriate to do it within earshot of others?

  and if she offered you an explanation other than abuse, how would you proceed?

  I would carry a laminated card as Sad Emo said.

  Or you could just say, some lady asked me the same thing the other day and I beat the shit out of her but she got in one good lick as you can see from the bruised eye.

  Going to speak to my parents about the 'Truth"

  i am going to approach my parents (dad an elder) later this summer with my true feelings about the wt society.

  i have the cd rom and a lot of society books (plus of course the off limits wonders of google) but i happen to have just one bound volume of the watchtower 1953. it's a real gem!.

  i intend to bring this book to my meeting with them as they won't be able to say it's apostate.

  MOUTHY NEEDS YOUR PRAYERS AND/OR SUPPORT

  our dear mouthy is really having a tough time right now and needs our support and/or prayers.

  as some of you may know, she's already lost 3 of her children in death and the other one to the borg.

  in the last couple of days, she's had to worry about her 2 year old great-granddaughter being in the hospital with an illness and yesterday, her daughter had a suspicious mole removed from her back and was told there is a lump in her breast which has to be biopsied.

  I am so sorry to hear that you went through all that, but am glad that you were able to come through the other side and break free. I am extremely jealous of you living in New Orleans. It is one of my favorite places.

  Congratulations on your marriage!!!

  I too would suggest seeing a counselor again for just a little bit, to still work through the emotions that you are experiencing. It will help a great deal. I know it did me.

  hi everyone, the guy i'm currently dating suffers from social phobia and it's beginning to affect our relationship.

  does anyone have any experience dealing with this?

  i have to admit this is all new to me, most of the guys i've dated are pretty normal, but this one seems to need some extra care.

  Do You Think The GOVERNMENT Should Require You To Wear A Seatbelt?

  in new hampshire, the council that has power to make laws happen, voted against the mandatory seat belt law.

  it appears that seat belt use will remain voluntary.

  do you believe the government should require such laws??

  we had someone come to the house tonight for business purpuses and relayed there was a dog in the driveway.. i went out and found a female pit bull looking like she was nursing.

  i quickly attached her to a chain and called the number on her tag.

  (no response) but left a message that we had her contained.

  here's my story.

  i tried to shorten it as much as possible.. my family belonged to a baptist church and i was baptized in that church when i was 8 years old.

  i sincerely believed in jesus and the bible then and still do now.
