The November 2014 Study Edition and it's hardline rules should be enough to cause most 'fence-sitters' to finally ditch the Organization once and for all. Only the most masochistic Witnesses will still slavishly swallow this new harder Watchtower line. Any awake Witnesses should IMMEDIATELY get OUT of the Organization and do everything humanly possible to take your entire family with you. The time for half-measures and playing cat & mouse is over!!! GET OUT NOW!!! Your life and your sanity are at stake!!

Treatment of DFed family members. JW.org FAQ vs Nov 2014 WT
by EndofMysteries inon jw.org faq, " do jehovahs witnesses shun former members of their religion?, those who were baptized as jehovahs witnesses but no longer preach to others, perhaps even drifting away from association with fellow believers, are not shunned.....what of a man who is disfellowshipped but whose wife and children are still jehovahs witnesses?
the religious ties he had with his family change, but blood ties remain.
the marriage relationship and normal family affections and dealings continue.".

My adorable little 5 pound Yorkie barked and snarled ferociously at a dog that was behind a wooden fence in the adjacent yard. He obviously didn't realize that the other dog weighs about 175 pounds. It was a really funny sight. Made me smile!

HERD ( the turd), LETT (us forget) ,MORRIS ( The BIG TURD)....these three men have risen to their level of incompetency.....now they are just stringing words together hoping that the R & F will assume it's something 'deep'. If these buffoons are in any way 'spiritual' then my name is Elvis Presley. Not to mention the other GB clowns who are pretending to be mouthpieces for Jehovah.

9yr old girl kills her gun instructor with an uzi
by EndofMysteries inhttp://www.cnn.com/2014/08/26/us/arizona-girl-fatal-shooting-accident/index.html?hpt=hp_t2.
"a 9-year-old girl learning to fire a submachine gun accidentally killed her instructor at a shooting range when the weapon recoiled over her shoulder, according to arizona authorities.
another reason to go against those arguing that young children should be taught how to use guns.

Tell them you cannot give them the amount you are going to be pledging. You will be asking Jehovah what you should donate. Then when Jehovah answers, you will immediately inform them of the amount of your pledge. Until that time, you are waiting for Jehovah's answer. HAHA. That should throw them for a loop.

A QUESTION I HAVE NEVER HEARD ANSWERED BY JWs
by NAVYTOWN inthe jws make such a big deal about not taking (eating) blood in any form.
that being the case, shouldn't they avoid eating steaks?
even a well- done steak still contains the animals blood.

Well, Those convoluted answers say essentially nothing. First of all, and I know next to nothing about meat processing, I would bet that these days the blood drained from slaughtered animals is NOT 'poured on the ground'. What planet are those guys living on? I suspect the blood is used for making 'meat glue', etc. How do JWS justify eating a rare (bloody) steak when they won't allow a dying child to have even a pint of transfused blood to save his/her life? JWs should be forced to explain this hypocrisy at every opportunity. Bring this up to the next JW you meet, and watch them squirm.

I got asked THE QUESTION !!
by Tech49 ina little experience that happened very recently:.
another brother, an elder, and i were talking, i was explaining to him and giving him several examples of how a couple of the elders in our congregation were blatantly trying to run their own show, parading themselves around as "representatives" of the body, when the other brothers didnt know what the hell they were talking about.
they are using their "elder powers" to bully and push people around, causing a bit of angst and hurt feelings.

If I were to be asked 'Do you believe that Jehovah is directing the Organization, the Governing Body and the Elders?' I would in all honesty say: 'I don't think 'Jehovah' exists, therefore I do NOT believe 'he' is directing or overseeing anything. Does that answer your question?'. Then I would walk out of the KH, never to return.

TAKE IT EASY!! DON'T SAY THAT AFTER A CONVERSATION!
by NoMoreHustle inthis drives me insane when i am rebutted after i say "well take it easy brother so & so" after a small conversation.
they always seem to reply "we are in jehovah's organization there is no taking it easy" or "we are in the last days brother we don't have time to take it easy".
i guess this makes me a care-free man of the world rather than a spiritual man!!

And then there are the grumps who object to someone saying 'Have a nice day'. Their usual reaction is: 'Don't tell ME what kind of day to have!' Some sourpusses just don't seem to get that commonly-used pleasantries are NOT to be taken literally. Such comments are just meant to make everyday interactions a bit more pleasant. What's the harm in that??

The JWs make such a big deal about not taking (eating) blood in any form. That being the case, shouldn't they avoid eating steaks? Even a well- done Steak still contains the animals blood. So why the double standard? Blood is blood, according to the Witnesses. Why have I never heard the Organization forbid Witnesses from eating steaks, roasts, chicken or pork? Oh, I'm sure they have some convoluted reason why it's OK, even though their 'blood ban' would seem to forbid it. I once asked an Elder about this, and his lame non-answer was: 'We just try to cook it so there's no blood'. WTF!!!! That makes absolutely NO sense! Any opinions about this?

Years ago, when I was in a JW Book Study, one brother was a literal tyrant to his young 3-4 year old son. If the child so much as squirmed during the study, the brother would take him to the back room and spank him. At the time I considered it to be child abuse. Fast forward about about 16 years. Guess what? That son is now about 20, has rejected the Witness religion, grown long hair and a beard, etc. So I'm told that his actions are now preventing the tyrant father from becoming an Elder. HA HA!!! What goes around, comes around! Good for the young man for giving a big 'Screw You!!! ' to his idiot Dad.
