Whats the difference between a rank and file member and a G.B.member .

members and the r&f members is simply this.

members are given power and authourity by the r.&f members to dictate to them what they should beleive through new light revelations.

If you have the Aid Book in your home, bring up,the fact that Franz,Dunlap and one other Brother all left the org after engaging in intense bible study for several years..

Any one that is not blinded, can see the clear contradictions, when comparing the Bible to the Watchtower.

When do Auxilliary CO's go out in field service?

i moved into this new cong for over two years now.

we have this younger couple that are part time co's.

i know that they would be busy serving a cong when they are asked to do so, but that is not too often.

the recent letter being us to come to detroit shows that jws are beginning not to take the gb seriously anymore.

the buzz following the meeting was that the letter was unprecedented in its tone.

this coming from long time jws of 30 years plus.

These are some of the Kingdom interests of Christ that are being cared for today.

There are many reasons to have complete trust in the slave class.

First and foremost , Jesus has appointed them over all his precious "belongings." This is a clear indication that he has complete trust in them.

God's Word admonishes Christians to cooperate fully with those taking the lead. Why is this to our advantage? As recorded at Hebrews 13:17, the apostle Paul stated: "Be obedient to those who are taking the lead among you and be submissive, for they are keeping watch over your souls as those who will render an account; that they may do this with joy and not with sighing, for this would be damaging to you." For our spiritual protection and well-being, it is incumbent (Necessary as a Duty or Responsibility) upon us to be obedient and submissive to direction from overseers as they 'keep watch over our souls.'

To quickly Summarize : The Primary reason given for us to Trust the Faithful & Discreet Slave,is that Jesus Trusted them and appointed them over all of his Belongings Including the Great Crowd, in 1919.
The NEW Understanding tells us that the Faithful & Discreet Slave IS NOT appointed over all of his Belongings until the Great Tribulation.

According to the Organized Book - "The First and Foremost Reason to Trust " THE FAITHFUL AND DISCREET SLAVE " is Jesus has appointed them over all his precious "belongings." This is a clear indication that he has complete trust in them."

The WT Claims that God's first "organization" on earth was Noah and his Family.

The WT Claims that Noah and his family were preaching, and warning everyone that the flood was coming.

The WT compares the Preaching that Noah and his family did, to the preaching work that JW's earth wide now do. (Life Saving Work)

The Bible says that Noah was a Preacher of Righteosness 2 Peter 2:5

Jesus said “Take care not to practice your righteousness in front of men to be noticed by them; otherwise you will have no reward with your Father who is in the heavens." - Matthew 6:1

i have been going to meetings since i was a child, long story short only recently i've started taking the truth seriously, i am not baptized but just an unbaptized publisher.

truth is i am so lonely in the congregation.

the other young people in the cong don't like me because they dont think i am going to "stay" for long, i've even worked on the ministry with an older brother and asked her am i giving the wrong impression to people?

Nomorepain - It's great to read your first post. You will find friends here, that are your friends unconditionally.

I'd like to help you in any way that I can. Please feel free to PM me with any Scriptural Questions that you are struggling with. The bible is sufficient to learn about Jehovah, and "interpretations" such as the Watchtower & Awake are not necessary, they even act as a Hinderance to understanding the Bible.

It helps to playfully consider this scripture. 1 Peter 2:2 - "As newborn infants, form a longing for the unadulterated milk of the word, so that by means of it you may grow to salvation."

You are experiencing one of the most unfortunate aspects of the Watchtower Society Organization.. They claim to be the most loving group of people on earth, when in reality they are one of the most Judgemental and hateful groups. You can see what I mean at Matthew 23:27 - "Woe to you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! because you resemble whitewashed graves, which outwardly indeed appear beautiful but inside are full of dead men’s bones and of every sort of uncleanness."

You cannot claim to be a loving Person or Group of people if your love is conditional. Matthew 5:43-48

You said - " I don't want to drift because serving Jehovah is still in me but there is no way that I am going to miraculously make new friends. " It's apparent that your heart is in the right place, and you Love Jehovah. I thought the way that you do for a long time as we'll.. However, I then realized that my relationship with Jehovah has NOTHING to do with my standing in the watchtower organization.

Use your Zeal and your youth, to gain a relationship with Jehovah, and learn how to be lead by Holy Spirit. Don't be concerned with how "Man" views you.

As for the "Worldly" girl that you have meet.. The watchtowers interpretation of "Worldly" does not exist in the Bible. You are either, In The Lord, or not. When making the decision whether you should pursue a relationship with this girl, consider the WORDS at 1 Corinthians 7:39 "A wife is bound as long as her husband is alive. But if her husband should fall asleep in death, she is free to be married to whomever she wants, only in the Lord." Is she a Christian, does she have good morals?

You have a really great life ahead of you. Jehovah is opening up your heart now, and it's important that you follow the right path John 14:6 ,

Please PM me, or send me a reply here if I can guide you to the Bible, and show you all the reasons from the scriptures, that being a member of an organization is not required by Jehovah, to be loved by him and his son.

Be careful on this site.. .there are many well meaning people, but there are some that have been hurt by the Organization,or they have been mislead by Satan and they have left Jehovah as we'll as the Organization.

Wheat/weeds parable defeats "organization' teaching

in his illustration at mathew 13: 24-30, jesus made it clear that the wheat and weeds were to grow together until the harvest.

this parable runs contrary to the concept put forward by the wt about getting out of the world and running to their organization for salvation.. first of all, the parable says that the weeds will be gathered, bundled and burned first then the wheat will be gathered into the storehouse.. wt teaches that we need to gather up the wheat first.

not only are they doing it backward, they are teaching that true christians must isolate themselves inside a special wheat organization, separate from the weeds.

Jesus does not view humans as throw aways,It is humans that view each other as throw aways.

You are correct, this is the issue with Religion and Christianity, men placing their beliefs and doctrines on the interpretation of the Bible.

Matthew 13:30 - Let both grow together until the harvest, and at harvest time I will tell the reapers, Gather the weeds first and bind them in bundles to be burned (katakausai), but gather the wheat into my barn.

1 Corinthians 3:15 - If anyone’s work is burned up, he will suffer loss, though he himself will be saved, but only as through fire ( κατακαήσεται (katakaēsetai)

They are burned with fire that tests and refines. At the end of the Millenium all men will be judged based on their individual deeds during the Millenium.
