fact finder - your statement "A person cannot be a "Jewish" Christian! Both religions are too different and are at odds." is factually incorrect. An example of a Jewish Christian - Peter.

Peter was Jewish by birth, and he continued to practice Judaism after he became a Christian (A Folllower of Christ) A jewish Christian would be someone that is first and foremost a member of the Jewish faith (He continues to observe the Mosaic Law) , and secondly he accepts Jesus as the Messiah (Not as God)

Also I agree that both religions are quite different, however his is not because of Jesus, this is because of Paul. Jesus had the objective of ending Animal Sacrifice and teaching and showing by Example how to properly follow The Law. He did not start Christianity as we kmow it, that was Paul that started A new Religion, with his " Saved because of Faith" and "Ransom Sacrifice" doctrine.

By the way.. I agree that the 144,000 are Jewish Christians.

Satan is God's helper, he collect evidence on your misdeed, and is like a public accuser. He works at will and under supervison of G-d and does not oppose him, nor torment damned in hell.
Everyone is responsible for his own sin. What you saw you reap. There is no idea of original sin, nor Adamic sin. Life is created sinless and holy. Person became sinfull due innability to hold Torah.
Nobody can pay out for your sin; thereofre, Atonement of Jesus, is invalid in the Jewish books. You are responsible for maintaining good relationship with G-d and no other person can bridge between you and Him.
Hell is not defined, and if there is, it is not a permanent place of torment. Even citizen's of Sodom were released from the tormemnt. There is not justice to punish someone for eternity.

Angels can materialize on Earth even after the Flood. Angels who destroyed Sodom were banished on Earth for 130 years and could not return to heaven. However, they do not have evil inclination, this is only given to men by freedom of choice.

i have been studying Judaism for some time now, and I agree with Points 2,3,4,5,6 First Half.

As for the rest if the points.. Interesting, especially #1 and #6 I'll have to research those a bit more..

As for #7 are you saying that Jews believe that Fallen Angels or other angels Destroyed Sodom, not God?

Why do people support abusers in the NFL?

i really don't get it.. in most sports in most countries your career is rightly over if you commit certain crimes.. but not in the good old nfl !.

it seems players can rape, beat women, abuse children, fight dogs ... and they will not only be allowed to play but they will have an army of fans wearing their names on their shirts and cheering them on.. the abuse and arrogant attitudes seem to exist at all levels - it seems like there is an endless feed of news stories where some high-school or college football players have abused or raped girls and they end up being allowed back to play and people rallying round as though *they* are the victims.. surely, whatever someone's skills as an athlete are, there are some things that simply can't be excused?.

or is winning truly 'everything' and it doesn't matter the cost?.

As many above have replied.. I feel nicer, and I feel much more love.

Its so very sad, but for 29 years I viewed "worldly" people as worthless and lower than me.

I had a "worldly" friend for 10 years, we worked together we went into business together, we were together ALL THE TIME.. His feelings literally meant nothing to me, he was simply a pawn, I viewed him as disposable. Once when a fight arose between he and I because of my selfish behavior he began to cry a bit and he said .. "I can't beleive your acting this way.. You are my best friend" .. him saying that meant nothing to me, I even joked about it with my wife later. Needless to say my callous behavior tore apart he and is friendship, and while I have tried to reach us to him now, he does not even wish to speak to me.. only now so I realize what I lost.

Now that I see non witnesses as People Just like me, I care much more.. It's a really special experience.

I do miss the years that I lost out on, learning and growing in Knowledge and Love but at the same time, if I had never felt the way I did (Not caring about people) I couldn't fully appreciate how much I'm compelled to care now.

with craigslist and a couple of bucks from a few members we can help terry get moving.

does anyone have any ideas how we can do a "theists for terry" bike fund raiser and challenge the atheists to a bucket-head challenge?

That's All Folks! The word has come in from upstairs, and we have OFFICIALLY made our goal.. We have not only made our Goal, we have surpassed it! Terry has ordered a new Large Frame bike (With a comfy Seat) , a sweet lock, Andddddddd Wit the overage Terry has bought himself a Matching Water bottle!

We we had a small bit of controversy at the start, but we learned a valuable lesson.. We learned that we can be a community and a support system for one another.. Many sad things happen to many people.. When someone leaves the WT organization this Forum becomes a replacement for them, this forum is where someone finds new friends,new knowledge,new hope and new Love.

We have to persevere and become a Group of Love & Genuine Care.

Many members have private messaged me voicing support of future initiatives like this one.. I will be on the look out for Members in need of a helping hand, and we will all be the ones to hold out that hand. If any one sees anyone that needs help, let's help them.

i am working on tallying up our donations thus far, and we should have the full amount with in a day or so.. If you plan to Donate please do so, Terry still needs a bit of Money for the Bike as well as a quality Bike Lock.

People Believe Jehovah Is A God Of Love Because He Is A Bully

yes the god of the bible has done his share of being a murderous bully(according to the mythology found in the book), his holly motto seems to be through out: "do what i say or i will kill you".

of coarse cringing christian's because of their fear of the deity will proclaim that all these acts of slaughter that the bible ascribes to god as an act of love, and chime in with approval and superlatives when 1john 4:8* is read.

and i atribute it mainly to god being a bully in the bible and threatening to kill every one not having faith in him.. 8 l anyone who does not love does not know god, because m god is love.. .

Cold Steel - You make some good points. One thing to point out. "Allah" means God, it is not God's name.. Muslims serve the God of Abraham, the same god as the Jews and Christians serve. Muslims are no different than Christians, Christians have annihilated Millions of "Heathen" under the guise of Doing god's will. All 5 Major Religions with the exception of Buddhism serve Yahweh, the one true God / The Creator.. Hindus serve Brahma who is the creator of the Universe.. Hinduism is a Monotheistic religion, however they take the concept of "Trinity" to a whole other Level.

The Holy Books of all of these religions share a common theme.

1. Love God.

2. Love your neighbor.

3. Be humble and do the right thing.

Man has done the same thing to all of these religions and holy books, they have made the Book coincide with the way that their heart desires to live.
